Review 1：Terrible Beds ! The Management promised several times to Change the matresses, but did not. Awfull Breakfast: bad coffee, artificial Juices, noisy and narrow breakfast room. We can recommend Hotel La Rocca Resort & Spa - much better and cheaper !

Review 19：Furniture is a bit old and worn out, breakfast is really bad (all cheap food). Overall we considered the hotel totaly overpriced for what it had to offer generally speaking - but that is valid for almost everything in Sardinia. However considering the prices and conditions specific to Costa Smeralda, it is not a bad option.

Review 22：Breakfast no good, Dinner was of a quality that that the hotell not should be knowen for, bad to very bad. When you order a room and it says good space and modern. and you get a smal room, can not walk between the bed and the mirror, one smal wooden When you arrive YESchair.

Review 27：Very clean hotel, restaurant staff very good. Location close to the beach. When we booked the hotel we didn't realise that it was fine dining, so some of the food was not to my taste however my partner really enjoyed it, and the waiting staff did give me alternative option.

The rooms are rustic Sardinia style, wtih modern bathrooms and comfy beds. it has it's own beach, is a ten inute walk from Baia Sardinia beach, un heated swimming pools, lots of terraces. the staff are freindly and helpful. The lunch and dinner is good - sometimes very good.

Review 36：Not the most practical hotel if you have little children because it is set on a hill and there are many stairs to the various levels which could be dangerous. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable in both rooms that we had. There was a safe at the front desk but none in the rooms. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. There was no water/ ice available which I have had in most other hotels in warmer climates. We booked breakfast only because we wanted to sample the restaurants that were located nearby. We decided to have dinner at the hotel one night. Making a reservation was not a problem and we asked for a poolside table when making the reservation and were told this would not be a problem. When we arrived for dinner we were told by a very rude member of staff that we could not be seated there because we were 'only bed and breakfast guests not half board,' I must stress however that this was the only member of staff who was anything but helpful and pleasant.

Review 37：Excellent location with shops and restaurants at Baia Sardinia a short walk away. Very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one exception which I will mention in what I didn't like. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Stunning views. Lovely areas to sit/ sunbathe and because of the many areas available getting privacy was not a problem. The décor is not modern but I appreciated the traditional Sardinian/ rustic décor.

The rooms though large are decorated in a 80's 'Sardianianstyle' that may have looked good once, but needs a little tlc. The foodif I'm honest was appalling and very expensive - the breakfast limitedand for the quality of hotel should have offered more choice. The hotelhas an amazing bar terrace and a pool side terrace that if they wantedto they could offer a romantic beachside dining area - I think thiswould be an attraction to many guests. No watersports were availablewhich again I think they could offer as I think this would keep guestsin the hotel rather than going out and paying extra

Wonderful bar terrace where youcould sit and watch the sun set, looking across at the islands andwatching the boats float by. The staff were very friendly and attentivein the bar and at reception.
