Review 1：There is no privacy in the bathroom, the door is a transparent glass without a lock !!

Review 6：As a friendly suggestion I could mention:- Apartments have floor heating. Heater is needed to dry wet clothes after skiing. - Apart form news there is no TV channels in English.

Review 7：Architecture of the Design Apartments building is impressive andapartments itself are very well equipped. It impressiveness and at thesame time very functional. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Great viewtowards the mountains.

Review 8：- Pricing mentioned on booking.com was confusing. 4 or 5 persons can stay over at all appartments, but the appartments are not rented per appartement, but per person per night. Although confirmation was asked via e-mail (by the way: welcome@sunmatrei.com is the correct e-mail address, and not the info@...), we had to come to the surprise that price was not according what was expected (since price on booking.com was for 2 persons per appartment, while were present with 3 persons per appartment). Luckily, the owner did a commercial action towards us for that confusion. - Pay attention when judging the skiing area "GrossGlockner Resort Kals-Matrei". They state a total amount of 110km skiing tracks, but some of the tracks are judged red at one side, and black at the other side, while it is actually the same track. In total, the skiing area thus only has approx. 80km skiing tracks.

Review 10：Nothing. We got exactly what we sought - a clean, good-sized apartment. We were very pleased.

Review 11：The apartment we rented was very nicely appointed and roomy. The price was quite low, given the size of the apartment. It was located quite close to a good restaurant, a grocery store, a cable car - and was only fifteen minutes by foot to the center of town. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.
