Review 1：- No amenities as soap, towel, detergents for clothes or dish wash. - you have to take out your own garbage - No free wi-fi available, paid only near reception area - Few cookware - Very hard mattress, had to move to sofa-bed to be able to sleep. - No bar or restaurant, only self service vendor machine without any wine or bear... - Far from the see - Sunbed on the beach you have to pay for or you can use from the beach restaurant if you eat there. - Front gate always open, no control, anyone can get in the swimming pool area.

Review 7：Given the heat, it would have been great to keep the pool open after 7pm. AC was kept low despite the heat, consequently rooms a bit too warm to be completely comfortable at night.

Review 9：Lot's of mosquitos but not inside of appartments. With some wonder they stayed outside. Resting period at swimming pool from 13-15h was not respected by some guests and this was not controlled by village stuff. Distance to the see is about 10-15min walking. In the burning sun with the stuff for the beach this can be just too much for some people.

Review 13：Beach was a bit far to walk to with little children, but by bike or car it is easily accessable, there is free parking by the beach. The beach is very nice and not crowded like the beach in Caorle center. Free Wifi and a buffet or shop would have been nice.

Review 15：The TV was horrible. There was no cable or satellite so we had to watch DVD's. The Refrigerator was not cold and very small. There was no water pressure at all in the kitchen. The water barely came at all when I would do little dishes. Paying for internet in the day and age is just petty. It should be free for guests.

Review 17：Wifi only for extra charge.Loud noises from the above apartment were sometimes disturbung especially at night, though it depends who inhabit the apartment over your suit. Better noiseproofing would provide more comfort.
Review 18：Clean, well equipped apartments with underground garage (at least fo us). Beach and supermarket is in close vicinity. Town is in easy reach by car for a dinner.
Review 19：Not much of kitchenware for cooking: for example we had the only (very big) frying pan without a covering. From sharp knives we had 2 huge ones (a smaller knife was provided to us once we've asked). No even a simple kettle. Mosquitos! After the first night our daughter had a lot of mosquito bites - the second day we've bought a fumigator in the supermarket. Unfortunate chairs - the chair legs are done in such a way that we've hit against them a lot of times with the foot fingers. No vacuum cleaner: being not far from the sea with sandy beach and not having a vacuum cleaner is very uncomfortable.

Review 21：No dish rag and dish soap/ dishwasher soap provided. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag provided. We arrived late and all grocery stores were closed so no food and no essentials til morning were available. Espresso pot only for 2 cups is too small.

Review 23：No notification of the "Siesta time" from 12.30. till 15.00. even we called them in the morning we will arrive around 13.00. Unexpected waste of our time. Receptionist just show us the "house rules approximately 3 sentence even she would tell us. She was very rude.....
Review 24：Horrible mattress in bedroom; ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Bringeverything you need. Towels, sheets, cleaning products and extra toilettissue are not provided. I am told by Italian friends this is common inCaorle accommodations.

Review 28：Ants were coming in from the wall. Pulled back sofa bed and noticed what appeared to be vomit on the wall. Bed was made, but no sheets. Had to go get sheets from front desk. There are ZERO amenities. No soap, no shampoo, no dish soap, no towels. Have to pay 4 euro per set of towels.

Review 32：The electricity keep going off and on all night. Tried contacting front desk "nothing". I sleep with a CPAP machine so I got no Sleep. When asked about it front desk replied with "oh lora" then asked me if I needed anything else and said thanks for staying with us. Really that's it!!!! Yes I am American but I deserve some respect and I have lived here for three years now and never been treated so rudely. I will never stay nor advise anyone to stay here.

Review 34：It was cold! We were freezing in the room. The weather wasn't great outside. The warmest you could turn the thermostat to was 3 degrees celsius. Also, the location was ok. It is in a very underdeveloped area.

Review 36：we arrived late in the evening. Check-in is 5km away. Not so easy to find the location at night. When found the village it was even harder to find the apartment because of poor lighting. The air in room was not fresh and was very cold. In the morning when checking out we were asked to go back and empty our garbage can ourselves. 4person apartment had only two blankets. Paid Wifi!!

No detergent to wash clothes. No detergent to wash dishes. Pretty much you just get the walls, the bed and the amenities, nothing else. Bring your entire house with you if you come here, excepting the actual devices.

Review 105：The resort requires a 50 Euro cash deposit but does not state this anywhere on their website. We were surprised at check in and did not have cash on us. The location is far from the beach, restaurants, and ATM's. The check in process was very slow and people were standing around outside waiting for a long time to be seen. Basic toiletries such as bar soap, hand and bath towels and dish sponge were not provided. Towels are an extra charge and this was also not noted on the website.

When we told them of this they asked why didnt you tell us earlier? Who pulls back the comforters before you go to bed to check to see if the linens are there? Had to aurgue with them to give us appropreate compensation or discount - which they ended up doing. Other than that - great place to stay.
