Review 1：The hotel is located just up the hill which was fine but ideally the check in process could be smoothed out as we had to trek our bags into town to pay and then up the hill to the hotel. It isn't very far but is a good trek. Other than that we actually enjoyed the location of the hotel.
Review 2：The owner was very friendly and provided a breakfast every morning in our room on our private patio. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean.
Review 3：The accommodation at Sant'Anna was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable with breakfast served every morning on the balcony. The staff provide exceptional service, are knowledgeable about the local area and treat their guests like family.
Review 4：The location is not as it is described on the booking.com page, you have to go into town to check in and then back out of town again to get to the room (if you have a lot of luggage this can be tough as it is all uphill, may have to spend 10 euros on a taxi). The bed was strange, sheets were very stiff and we did not have the most comfy sleep.
Review 5：The room and the bathroom were lovely and new. Really felt as if we had our own hotel room. The lady who runs the place is lovely and very accommodating, the breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel (though not as described on the booking.com website) was convenient for the train station. The room itself was very quiet and self contained, would stay here again if coming back to visit Cinque Terrre.
Review 6：When we booked this place wasn't listed as a Guesthouse so when we got there was a surprise. It is a family renting out a few renovated rooms. They should imorove on details that will make the place look more professional. Otherwise it is too pricey. Check in process was complicated, provide soap/shampoo, instal towel hangers in the bathroom...
