Review 1：The room was a bit cold, but we did choose to visit in the winter!
Review 2：The family who owns the hotel were nothing but welcoming to us from the start! They gave us great recommendations and made accommodations for whatever we needed. Lake Como is very cold in December, but the hotel made us feel warm and welcome! The bar next door gave us equally awesome treatment for fantastic prices.

Review 4：We ordered one night and we chose to stay another night due to the hospitality and the good wiling of the owners. The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and big and the hosts were great. The location of the hotel is excellent, in front of Como Lake, a minute walk from the ferries.
Review 5：This is a unique charming hotel with a caring family staff. Andrea (son/staff) makes the perfect cappuccino in the morning. Both Andrea and his father took time to help us with all travel needs. I highly recommend this location.

Review 9：Very friendly hospitality, super, large balconies, spacious rooms and the view. The room looked at two well-equipped (sun loungers, swimming pool, bar, restaurant) the beach, which was a pleasure to choose from.

Review 11：The quality of the restaurant next to the hotel (which is not run by the hotel) is barely adequate. The food and wine is OK. Go to Rodriguez' about 8 minutes walk towards Como instead.

Review 13：Very rude staff and please watchout the rooms and the hotel is not how it is described in bookin but much worse. The room was smelly and it had mold all over the walls. It is facing the street and is noisy (no isolation from the windows). Very weak wifi signal. My friend and I felt really depressed when we entered the room and after 15 minutes came down to the reception to leave because the room was not as described. The lady together with her all family were very rude to us and made us pay one night stay.

Review 20：Nice and clean family run hotel, just by the lake, spacious room with a balcony overlooking Bellagio. Bathroom modern and completely renovated. Soundproof - there was no big traffic noise, although local bus stop is in front of the hotel. Good breakfast.
Review 21：We reached late at night, the host's son took care of our dinner at their restaurant. The balcony room was specious, clean and wonderful view of lake as promised. We felt their warm, welcoming generous hospitality. Mr Andriano helped us on train/bus routes for St. Morits. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

He also spoke rudely and berated myself for placing the key on his counter when we were leaving. This was our worst experience in a hotel
