Review 1：use of service lift to access rooms.Though it is stated as temporary atleast the access should have been made more pleasing.

Review 3：The room smelt of cigarettes and wasn't very clean.We found a cockroach in the dining area. We became ill during our stay. Some of the male staff on the desk did not communicate well,seemed rather arrogant and did not help to defend us from a rude+angry tuktuk driver.

Review 4：The manager was very friendly and the room service staff were friendly+helpful.Lovely helpful female staff member on the desk. Good view from window. Good little shop selling jewellery.

Review 6：Dont stay here! By comparison, this was a bad deal. Poor breakfast. Awful room. Very run down. The fan in the bathroom fell down into the shower, electrical cables in water, because it hadn't been properly installed. Noisy air con, even when switched off! For the price, you deserve much better. Too many complaints to mention here.

Review 12：Our worst hotel choice in India: very expensive, we booked a double room but there were only twin rooms, staff was unhelpdful, the room was big and renovated, but we shared the bathroom with beetles, and during the night it was so noisy! The only thing is the view from the restaurant (but food is nothing special).
