Evropi Hotel sells fast on our site. The family-run Evropi Hotel is in the village of Platanias just 650 feet from the beach. It offers accommodations with kitchenette and access to a patio and includes a swimming pool and a poolside bar.
Evropi studios and apartments are bright with tile floors. They come with a satellite TV, coffee maker, electric kettle and mini fridge. Each unit also has its own bathroom with shower.
You can start your day with a breakfast including traditional Cretan flavors. The on-site bar serves drinks, coffees, as well as a variety of homemade snacks.
Many restaurants, bars and mini markets can be found in the center of Platanias. Just 200 feet from the property, there is a bus stop. The town of Chania is 6 miles away, and Chania Airport is 14 miles away. Free private on-site parking is available.

Review 1：Sometimes in early morning you can hear noises from trolley for clean.
Review 2：Clean and nice family hotel with good swimming pool, excellent owners and great location - near hotel is a shop, in other side - shopping center, not far is a car rent office and road to the beach is not sunny.

Review 5：The hotel was clean and well maintained, with lovely, friendly staff. The location was excellent: walking distance of main square: with shops, restaurants, bars, beach and bus stop for excursions/main town. Good value for money.
Review 6：The water of the swimming pool wasn't clean. We had to pay an extra 5€ per day to have the air conditionned in the room ! Impossible to pay with credit card. In Crete, there are much better places to go than Platania...
Review 7：The worst thing is that they charge 5 euros per day the air condition (it is not included in the price). There is only a ceiling fan , which is very slow!!! Furthermore, they charge 6 euros for 5 days the safe. Moreover, the repel devices for Mosquitos were broken, as the tablets had been melt and this was extremely unhealthy!!! The owners were not very polite and warm. To sum up this hotel is not value for money!! We do not recommend it for accommodation (especially in the summer months).

Review 9：Felt like we were on own, if there were questions about local sights it was hard to hunt someone down, at one point extra towels would have been nice but we just delt with what we had-too much of a hassle to try and find someone.
Review 10：Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Far enough away from the main road we felt safe and away from the night owls. Loved that there was a grocery store right across the street. We had a lower level room with four cots-it felt spacious. The swimming pool was a nice alternative to the beach.

Review 25：The staff was great, very friendly, they create an amazing atmosphere. It is really worth to take the time and go for a beer (or two) to the bar. It is budget friendly, and guests are more like a big family there. I liked the pool, my room was huuuuge, well equipped, I had a great time there.
