Review 1：Wifi didn't work efficiently; had to be in contact with front desk every time we wanted the air conditioning on; breakfast was basically 'leftovers'.

Review 4：Beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff. We loved the interior design. The location is perfect for tourists who want to get on boats and mini cruises to Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea.... We stayed only 2 nights / 3days, before exploreing more of Sicily.

Review 9：The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with a nice greeting upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice decor. Had a pleasant stay here.

Review 10：There was a door missing from the shower cubicle. No bath, so I had to use it and eater all over the floor. I booked and paid for a car park space, but there was only one space in with the laundry, very limited street parking which is why I booked the car park and I needed assistance to enter and leave, so once parked, I was in for the night. If I had known. I would have chosen a hotel with a proper car park.

Review 50：Great location if you're planning to travel to the Islands. The port is at just 5min walk. Staff is friendly. Room is clean, quiet and big enough. The restaurant (diner) offers great food for a very reasonable price. Breakfast offers enough for everyone. This was My seconde time in this hotel, and if I visit the Islands again, i Will certainly choose this hotel again.

Review 51：The food was not great by any stretch of the imagination. The bread was stale at dinner and it was served again for breakfast. Perhaps we were there on the wrong night as lots of locals ate at the restaurant which suggests it's usually better.

Review 55：- Some reception staff should speak better English.- Also, there are standard boats to the islands early in the morning (6 and 7 am). We took one of this boats and for this reason had to miss the breakfast hours. Surprisingly, neither earlier breakfast option nor any type of sandwiches were provided (despite of our request and despite of the fact that most of travellers stay in Milazzo just to catch the boat). Very surprising, to say the least!

Review 59：As with most guests I suspect, I was in Milazzo to catch a hydrofoil to the Aeolian Islands. This hotel is within easy walking distance (c 500m) of the terminal. It is clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet, and has a good restaurant, which saved me looking for somewhere to eat after a fairly late arrival. Milazzo itself is nothing special but the castle is worth a look if you've some spare time.

Review 60：I was asked if i wanted to use the garage. I said no and parked the car on the road. However while checking out I was told i must pay and had to pay. This is unfair. The resuarant is very expensive. One of the glass doors to the shower stall was missing

Review 63：Seriously consider staying here. Friendly, capable, helpful staff assist a comfortable stay in this well-run, well maintained hotel. The breakfasts are spectacular in interest & variety – it’ll take you a good while to get bored with the many & unusual sweet & savoury options, which are very different from most European breakfast fare. Our Double room had striking modern furnishings, a harbour view & wasn’t too noisy – a higher floor would have somewhat reduced the noise but one probably doesn’t want to be on the floor below the roof-top restaurant. Be prepared for lots of Caravaggio print’s! It’s a comfortable 5 minute’s walk with your bags along flat ground to the ferry terminals if you’re moving on to stay at one of the Aeolian Islands, & there are interesting nearby trattorias to go to to feed on the local sea foods.

Review 64：Poor facilities. Lift didn't work with luggage inside. Gentslavatory downstairs had no lav paper and no soap. Disgusting. Standarddouble room had one single bed and an uncomfortable camp bed. Servicepoor at breakfast - toaster did not work. Charge of 4 Euros for a smallglass of fresh orange. Car parking - car left with keys in and allwindows open and I resented having to pay for it in addition to theexpense of the Hotel. Wifi did not work in rooms.

Review 69：Private parking is not in the hotel, but in a privately owned parking. The distance isnt the problem (right behind the hotel) but you have to leave your car for the parkingstaff so they can park it, and they obviously are not happy with their job. So do not expect a warm welcome.

Review 73：The shower gel was not replaced from the previous guests, and it was half empty. The cleaning lady entered in the room even if we placed the not disturb sign. Balcony view in the street was not very pleasant.

Review 74：Great location for Eolian islands cruises. Stayed in triple room (suite) and it was very spacious. Bathroom very nice. We didn't had breakfast included, but we had dinner one evening. The service was very good and the food delicious.

Review 75：-Room number 120 (the room we were given)has no window at all !!! - thisis supposed to be a 4 star hotel?!- unhelpful staff at reception. When I asked for a room with a window, they told me they had no free rooms. After I insisted , they offered me a room with a window but a very small bed for 2 persons. The discusion become quite hot and eventually they offered me another one, but tried to charged me more -at midnight , the staff turned off the airconditioning at all rooms using some kind of central control
