Review 1：We found the breakfast, which they subcontracted to a local coffee bar, a little baffling. Staff there were very friendly, but we were really unsure as to what constituted a breakfast as there was little on show. Perhaps it was our problem not being Italian!

Review 2：When they speak of someone going the extra mile - in this case it really was. Receptionist left his desk to show me car park. I could not quite remember where the car was and he walked, and walked, for a mile or more until we found it! I really was impressed.

Review 3：Weekend evenings can get a little loud downstairs. But closing the window and blinds helped out quit a bit!

Review 7：we arrived about 4 or 5 pm. no reception at the place. i had to call the number and someone passed after about 10 mins. no breakfastroom within the same building, but vouchers for a coffee in the area - not clear what kind/type of breakfast is included ... basically the offer was for two rooms above bar or restaurant without any additional service. therefore, i wouldn't call that a hotel, but a b&b even if not private.

Review 12：1. Very unprofessional b&b management. The worst I've seen at any b&b2. Leaking AC for 3 days with 1st one almost falling when stepping in the middle of the night on the wet floor 3. With bars below the room and close to the building, and a leaking AC, very noisy to sleep with open window. Unbearable the noise level, even on a Sunday. 4. This is not truly a B&B. No access to management before 18 hour. Breakfast is served at 2 different locations a few doors from B&B. Not at problem to walk but Monday option didn't open until 9 am! Had to buy my own breakfast at a different place. If you want to hit the road early like me and expect to have breakfast available, this is not the place. 5. Very limited knowledge of English so when an issue arises, it's very problematic for management to communicate. Well, don't expect any communication unless you ask. 6. Don't expect an apology for all the inconvenience caused. Again, I've never been at any hotel or B&B as less accommodating a Locanda Mezzosale, even when the inconvenience is created by them, not the guest. 7. Undependable Internet connection. I could barely connect in the mornings by seating on a corner of the bed. That's it.
