Reviews for B&B Sant'Andrea

Review 1:Poor signage to find it, make sure you go up the street and turn left. A bar 100m away didn’t even know it existed.

Review 2:Close to the sea and downtown. Room was nice. Restaurant recommendations were great. Easy walk to train for Cinque Terre. Great sea front bars near for sunset drinks. Owner was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was prepackaged croissants but adequate

Review 3:Everything was great!

Review 4:When we arrived, the owner gave us a ride to the B&B from the train strain. It was great, very well located and clean. I would recommend staying in levanto while visiting cinque Terre.

Review 5:Wifi only worked in one corner of the room.

Review 6:Wonderful host who gave us great information and suggestions. Perfect location. Five minute walk to the train and 5 min train ride to the northernmost of the 5 cities in Cinque Terre.

Review 7:Lovely helpful host! Perfect location to beach, local food, walkway to Monterosso and a easy walk to the train. We really enjoyed coming back to this sunny clean apartment after the busy areas of Cinque Terre.

Review 8:Simone is the owner of B&B and he was awesome with us! Smiling, kind and helpful. We spend a night and came back for 2 night more. If you want to trail to Cinque Terre you have to start to Levanto to B&B Andrea and to meet Simone! I recommend his place. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good. There is a very good machine to make a good italian coffie :) I hope to see you again Simone, Ciao

Review 9:Wifi was only in the bed room but not in common area, and wa unsure of where to park, a map showing location would be clearer

Review 10:Love the automatic expesso machine, love there there was milk and juice left in the common area, great idea!

Review 11:No air conditioning in our room, common area too small for two groups of people. Very small refrigerator not adequate for two groups of people. Turned frig up as it was at room temp...owner turned it down each morning. Everything only tempid. breakfast food prepackaged and not acceptable for cost of accommodation.Bells rang all night . Sheets and towels only changed every 4 days. If shared toilet needs to be separate.

Review 12:Close to town...and railway network close. Owner great. Town great and eateries good. Easy to get to Cinque Terre area for walking.

Review 13:Bed was a bit hard. And the chiming bells near by took a bit to get used to.

Review 14:It was a great little apartment with a wonderful helpful host in a perfect location. Loved Lavanto! Very authentic Italian location. And easily accessible to cinque terre.

Review 15:i find the price (around 100EUR) a bit high for a shared bathroom kind of b&b with cold breakfast. but it seems to be a standard in the cinque terre area in high season so i guess you just need to accept it... oh and the church bells are totally ok, they don't ring in the night so you'll be fine;)

Review 16:beautiful location in the historic neighborhood, close to the center and the beach, the owner is super nice and the place is clean, comfortable and romantic! there is an espresso machine available all day long, cold juices in the fridge and fast wifi. we would definitely go back!

Review 17:Pictures on booking.com do not represent the real place, which is very basic. Furniture is probably since Mussolini times and many basic appliances are neither younger. We gave owner a sign in advance we want some special little treatment for one guest, which was practically not taken into account. After all, there is an impression the owner treats guests simply as a milch-cow. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Review 18:Location is fairly good, but that's all.

Review 19:The location. The host was superb.

Review 20:The church bells @ 7am every morning

Review 21:Good location could hear the waves at night.

Review 22:Shared bathroom.

Review 23:The property has everything you need and the host went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Review 24:Church nearby, loud bells at 7am and every 15 minutes there after.

Review 25:Great location Excellent service Nice beds Good light blocking blinds

Review 26:Wifi was a bit weak

Review 27:Firstly, Simone (the owner) went above and beyond in terms of customer service. He was more than happy to help with any questions or problems that arose and we were always welcomed with a friendly smile and great attitude. He is just a great guy! The room was cleaned everyday, and comfortable. The bathroom is outside the room and was spacious and very clean. Everything was great. Very easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre. It is a short 5 min train ride to the first town, Monterosso.

Review 28:nothing although the rooms were small it was very quaint.

Review 29:Simone the owner went out of his way to be helpful. Staying in Lavento was very pleasant; less touristy and less busy than the towns of Cinque Terra

Review 30:Not convenient to the train station if pulling bags. About a 20 minute walk. Although the apartment is clean and comfortable, it is not a great place to hang out in on a dreary day as there is no sofa and no where to sit out front. All the windows are frosted so you have no view of outside. The close by bell tower, that rings every 15 minutes, is one of the most annoying things I have experienced. Italians certainly like their bells.

Review 31:The apartment is a convenient place to stay in Levanto if you want to be near the city center, beach and trail to Monterosso. It is very clean and has everything you may need for cooking and small meals, sleeping and eating. Simone is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. As in most all of Italy, parking is a challenge and without the parking pass provided would be nearly impossible.

Review 32:Everything was amazing! Feeling like at home. The owner was really nice, me and mom enjoyed staying there. Close to Levanto city center, close to the sea and good places to eat. Would definitely recommend the place! Thank you!

Review 33:Breakfast was a bit average only pre packaged croissants and dry cruskits, with jam, juice was good would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and yoghurt as well.

Review 34:It was close to the start of the walk from levanto, not far from restaurants. The owner was very friendly and knowledgable of the walks to cinque terra, peaceful location.

Review 35:+ Simeon is the nicest, kindest, most thoughtful and generous host EVER. He really went out of his way to ensure our stay was great and was incredibly helpful and informative without being intrusive. + Within short walking distance of the sea + Within short walking distance of the start of the hiking trail to Monterosso

Review 36:The wi-fi connection was not as good as you would like ( always disconnecting). But when you are there, you don'nt need Internet as much!

Review 37:I liked that the place is very near to the sea and that the tenants waited for us in front of the door when we first arrived in Levanto. The place was very comfortable with a living room for having breakfast which was included with the price. The tenant furthermore gave us a "driving pass" which enables us to park for free. That was very good and i would certainly came back here if i were to go visit Levanto once more.

Review 38:Levanto is a very lovely town next to Cinque Terre. The B&B is very clean, homy and nice. It is very close by the beach. We were carrying 3 luggages and the owner was so kind that he gave us a lift and agreed late-check. We had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

Review 39:If the Breakfast could be more variety it would be wonderful ;)

Review 40:Located in the city center, 2-3 min walking from the sea. Very friendly, communicative and responsible administrator/proprietor. Rooms are in perfect order and cleaned.

Review 41:The only downside is the shared bathroom.

Review 42:Simone was very welcoming, he showed us things we could do locally, maderecommendations for places to eat and answered all of our questions. Theaccommodation is in a beautiful location, 5 mins walk to the beach andthe mountain cinque terre walk. Simone kept hold of our bags for usafter we had checked out and drove us to the station. It was a lovelyplace to visit and we hope to be back.

Review 43:owner was very nice send us email to give information regarding the way to reach the B&B..Clean place close to the beach and everything...good choice

Review 44:B&B Sant'Andrea and Levanto are just lovely. This B&B is clean and comfortable, with very nice and helpful staff. It is very well located in the quieter part of the historical city center, but it is also very close by the beach, restaurants and commercial area. Levanto is just a 4-minutes-train away from the beautiful Cinque Terre, so it is an ideal gate to visit these towns. Highly recommendable!

Review 45:B&B Sant' Andrea is ideal place for the group of friends or family. There is in the old centre of Levanto near the church Sant' Andrea (XIII). Levanto is the best place for habitation as the beginning of walking in Cinque Terra.

Review 46:Owner was terrific with good instructions before we arrived and lots ofhelp with local activities while we visited. Having two rooms sharing abath was perfect for our family. Close to beach and restaraunts

Review 47:Simone (the owner) was very accommodating and friendly. He picked us up from the train station, explained breakfast, showed us the property etc. The property is in a very old building with most of its old features restored, so it is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean.

Review 48:The only problem we encountered was trying to contact the B&B number. We tried to get in touch with the B&B many times to check in early, but he wasn't picking up his phone.

Review 49:It was a nice and comfortable stay. Simone, the owner, was the only staff. He was very courteous to us and spoke very well english.

Review 50:Very good advises from Mr Simone. Clean & Friendly/ Ideal locationin Levanto to visit Cinque Terre

Review 51:Shared bathroom Ok most of the time

Review 52:We loved Levento We would return Our favourite spot so far Good value Lovely host Good information
