Review 1：Rooms are rubbish bathroom floods every time you have a shower. Bathtub felt like I was going to fall through it. Aircon couldn't keep the room cool

Review 7：The hotel was dirty. The Airconditoning, phones, eftpos and toilets didn't work. The hotel blamed this on a recent storm however these things most likely haven't been repaired and/or maintained ever. The pictures on the website are a complete fabrication of what the hotel is actually like. The bathroom unusable due to the smell from the drains and the toilet not flushing. The bath and shower and shower curtain so filthy that you'd be better bathing in the pool. Don't bother even looking at the website, it's out of date by about 15 years.

After a busy day sightseeing and shopping it was lovely to relax in the room with our friends having a nightcap. The pool and swim up bar were great and the hotel was centrally located and easy to walk to and from. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit!

Review 21：Our air conditioner was broken and the room was very stuffy. There were gaps in the door that let mosquitoes fly straight in. The air conditioner had obviously leaked at some point because the wall was stained beneath it. Our 'Queen' bed were two very hard, uncomfortable single beds pushed together. The location was raved about in the reviews but I think it was in the worst part of Legian - all that surrounded us were tattoo places and shops that weren't even open. To get to the main hub of Legian was probably a 15 - 20 minute walk. We moved on to another hotel after only one nights stay.

Review 50：We chose to stay here again as a few years ago it was awesome, this time how ever the check in lady was rude, pushy and lacked any friendliness, Our booking somehow got changed and we didn't have breakfast where as the other 2 rooms we booked did... this didn't bother us too much after the first day as breakfast choice was very poor - egg station like normal but then just rice/soup and the toaster didn't work properly George the manager was still lovely and also the pool bar staff too - this was really the only enjoyable part being in the pool We 'upgraded' to a ground floor room (still garden view) and had to pay extra - no choice as have a bad knee - however all lights in room just a lamp no roof lights made it difficult to see First time I stayed in the same hotel more than once - however I wont be returning again

The bedroom run down and you couldn't cool the room down because they given you 1 card for 2 guest in a room. Need some serious improvement, we guarantee we won't be back.

Review 66：Neighboring dog likes to bark. There seemed to be a lot of bogan families whose kids come home late from party and make lots of noise. They use a copper based chemical in the pool that makes blond hair turn green. This hotel is getting pretty old but I guess you get what you pay for.

When being shown to our room a rat the size of a cat rushed at us myself and the staff member screamed - needless to say we refused to take that room. the upstairs room seemed to have half the furniture missing - double bed with only one side table. The shower was cold and took 15 min running before it got warm NOT hot. But then the air conditioning never got cool.enough and barely run. We paid nearly $100.00 a night for a cheap hotel .
