Review 1：Bed was incredibly hard & uncomfortable.tried sleeping on sofa bed & it wasn't much better. Woke up still & sore. Security lock on door didn't work leaving you with only flimsy door lock leading directly to carpark. Bathroom vanity was so small couldn't fit my cosmetic/vanity bag in it & be able to use sink. Not enough space for hairdryer & straightener on vanity. Bathroom very small. A lot of furniture crammed into the room. TV was small & awkwardly placed on wall. Restaurant was closed - no mention of that on website hence still had to drive into town for dinner

Review 2：Hot water & massage shower head was great after long drive. Parked my car outside my room. Nice views & fairly quiet. Excellent a/c- heater. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of toilet paper. Nothing in fridge hence could put in my stuff with ease. At least was advised up front no restaurant

Review 6：The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. My room was spacious, very clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Overall, it was probably the most enjoyable stay I have had in a long time. There was nothing to worry about. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was a split system that worked very well. Car parking was right outside my door. My meal was superb. The landscaping and gardens were lovely as well.

Review 7：Rooms very spacious, beds super comfy, toaster and microwave as well as tea and coffee making. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site, good meals and not too expensive.

Review 8：This is the first motel I have stayed at that I haven't walked in the door and wanted to rip the bedspread off the bed and stash it in the cupboard because it looked like it was in need of a good wash.

Review 15：The staff were great, including Sally the "guard" dog :). It was located superbly for our needs visiting long-time friends and was beautifully located to see the town and for a nice get-away the next morning.

Review 16：Slightly disappointed as the only reason we booked this motel, which is a fair way from town & it's facilities, was that it had a restaurant but when we booked in discovered that the restaurant was closed.

Also very very clean and had everything needed - microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, TV, shower (although there was only 1 towel rack in the bathroom - this was okay if you are a sole traveller, but for more than 1 person not very good!), toilet, Queen bed, Air Con/Heater, Table with 2 chairs, and a coffee table with 2 comfortable sitting chairs also. Can not fault the room at all. Very happy with the room, however the actual Motel was just too far away from the centre of town (we realised this once we got to Warwick and saw billboards for our Motel describing it as "on the quieter side of Warwick!) It was a lovely motel but just too far from anything really.

Review 21：When I made the booking a deciding factor was that the facilities included a restaurant. When we arrived and inquired as to what time the restaurant opened, we were told that it was opening Monday night. This was not mentioned on the web page. Did not expect this answer on a Friday night.
