Review 1：Poor housekeeping. When we checked in at 6pm the room alloted to us wasnot properly readied; tea kettle was defective, the requisite towelswere not provided and day 2 after the housekeeping had tidied the room,the towels were not replaced after the old ones were removed.The ownersperformed a religious ceremony adjacent to the lift on 24th am causing alot of smoke( due to burning of firewood whilst performing Homam) whichspread to all the floors. Overall the Staff management was poor

Review 3：The bathrooms were filled with foul smell. On requesting housekeeping they came and sprayed lemon grass spray but it lasted for 30 mins. Then again it was stinking due to external smell.

Review 4：The rooms and overall facilities at the hotel are nice. I had been for one night stay while travelling to Colombo.

Review 5：Communication skills of the reception staff was a little disappointing. I was trying to tell them that they have charged lesser than what was agreed,they were making another meaning out of it. The AC control was screwed up!

Review 9：Stayed for one day. It was really comfortable. Room was Neat. Food was decent. One more thing i have to say, while checking out i forgot to take my dress from the cupboard. i called them and informed, immediately they have quriered. I was stunned. really thankful for them.

Review 19：Great hotel. Located close to the outer ring road (Suburb) but for a 5-star experience with 3-star pricing, I have a new favorite hotel in Madurai. WiFi was fast. Brand new everything. Food & Customer service was excellent. Toiletteries was good. Towels were fresh and clean. I travel 300,000 miles a year so this write-up is my seal of approval. Costs Rs.150 - 200 from the train station. This hotel is about the same distance from both the train station and the Airport.
