Review 1：We had a loft room, the a/c took quite awhile to cool the room and our balcony backed onto the back alley and two other balconies(?), although it wasnt their primary balcony, so not a space we could enjoy at the end of the day. When we arrived the balcony door didn't have a lock but they fixed it very quickly.

Review 2：Friendly staff and right on the Main Street and the beach, plenty of restaurants to walk to. The room and resort were clean, and again very personable service throughout.

Review 3：the season was almost over and I spent 5 nights at Santa Helena. The staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic with exceptional local taste. They will undergo a fantastic renovation of the structure for the next season, and I hope I will be there again!

Review 4：Hotel is very worn down and need to be more modern. The bathroom was very bad, water dripping down from celing upstairs, everything was damp in the room, water all over the floor from shower. Kitchen needs an upgrade! Small old Tv with only two working stations. Wifi come and go

Review 5：The staff is friendly and funny and always helpful. You felt very welcome. The garden and hotel from the outside is very nice and in a perfect location. Hotel is about to be modernized in 2016, this is very needed!

Review 10：If you mainly request sun, beach and lots of restaurants then Platanias is an excellent choice. But it is difficult to get the feeling of "true Greece" when Nordic holiday tourists dominates the city as well as the hotel, and the presence of local "normal life" seems very limited.

Review 11：Excellent location close to the beach and a large pool in the hotel garden. Everything you need for a relaxing beach and sun holiday within a very narrow distance.

Review 16：Cockroaches in the room was really bad surprise. Reception's reaction was that we should have informed about it right away (at midnight :)). Pictures didn't convince them. The room was not what was shown in the pictures (though larger) and really, really outdated. The food was good but the restaurant small and crowded. Children playground outdated and almost unusable (kids stick to the slides, etc.). WiFi was poor.

Review 21：Amazing staff (especially, the twins, Manos and all the people working at the reception and the pool bar). Nicely located on the beach. Apartments are clean and tidy - maids tied up the room like it was their own room. Would recommend for travellers who want to spend little money but be next to the sea ahd have all basic facilities.

Review 22：Some apartments are hard to reach without carrying stroller / weelchair down/up stairs. Ramps are located in some places but not all. Recommend that you contact the hotel in advance should you need an easy access apartment.

Review 27：Nice large swiming-pool, the location in Platanias, nice resort, hotel situated on the beach. Rooms are simply furnished by large, I hade a room with a view on the sea, it was really a pleasure. quiet place, very convenient for a business travail but would be perfect for leisure, particularly with children. Good internet wi-fi connexion. The staff is helpful and very kind.
