Review 1：Everything was fine!

Review 2：Just a few meters out of the hydrofoil dock. The receptionist was very friendly and seems to care to make our stay comfortable. Clean and comfortable room.

Review 12：The Cassisi Hotel is a delightful place to stay in the heart of Milazzo. Ferries to all of the Aeolian island and to busses to Messina and a bus to trains to Palermo and Italy's mainland are practically at the doorstep. Very fine restaurants are close by. The family that runs the hotel is welcoming and helpful. The fine staff is also. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. You won't regret staying here.

Review 13：Parking is a challenge, as well as paying for it, if needed (paper cardboards?!); Breakfast should be improved with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, some fried bacon...), as well as the coffee serving - you have to ask the waiter every time when you need a new cup and to wait until an old coffee-machine behind the bar is "expressing" it...

Review 14：Nice hotel, very clean, a comfortable and cozy room, with heating system which helps to "trick" sicilian winter - overall a good place to crash for a day or two in Milazzo; reliable free wi-fi connection, nice staff and excelent location, just in the heart of the city

Review 19：A day after I made the reservation booking.com offered a €20.00 reduced price for the same room. Would booking .com like to comment ? The hotel should have announced the planned night of "celebration" when it ws almost impossible to reserve a table at a restaurant for dinner.

Review 21：You could not hope for more from this excellent hotel. If you are taking the ferry or hydrofoil to Aeolian Islands it is just a minute away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to enjoy a dinner. The whole place is immaculate.

Review 22：We often have to pass through Milazzo on the way to catch the ferry. This was the first time we'd stayed at the Cassisi and we both really liked it. The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was near the ferry terminal, and also near all the brilliant Milazzo clothes shops. But perhaps the best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, which included delicious Sicilian pastries from the cafe across the road. It was also one of the few places in Milazzo that welcomes dogs, which was why we chose it in the first place.

Review 34：Sadly not much to see in the town. If you are using the place as an overnight before catching a ferry to Lipari then it is ideal.

Breakfast is very good with a great variety. Location is perfect right in the city center. Private parking is not available but wad really easy to find a parking place in the nearby.

Review 43：The first room that took us to was hideous. There was a hide on the floor that looked like it came off of a Zebra about 200 years ago. The room was very dark and seemed very dirty. The next room they offered was adequate for a 3 star hotel.

Review 44：Not much. The staff was helpful about how to locate a parking space on the street. But this hotel should never qualify for a 4 star status. It would rank below several 3 star hotels we stayed at on our trip.
