Review 1：Low quality tennis court for 10 Euro per hour. Only cash payments possible due to the weather conditions. High extra cost for bed linen and towels. Nothing to do, nowhere to go in the evening. No wifi available.

Review 2：Costa Rei beach within the walking distance. Nice garden and cozy well equipped appartments. Supermarket across the street. Good price quality ratio.

Review 3：We did not have all the promised facilities (TV, washing machine, etc), but didn't need them, so it was not a problem. The thing that annoyed me a bit was that you don't know in advance which particular apartment you are booked in.

Review 4：Really helpful staff, I have booked a room with a sea view, but it appeared to be 600 m from the sea and up on the hill. I have traveled with my Mum who is 69 and with no car, so I was offered another apartment - 300 m from the sea and no hills. The apartment was not as good as the one with a sea view, but I was really happy about the location.

Review 6：Very good location, great garden on both sides of the cottage, barbecue facilities, shower outside so you can wash off the sand from the beach before entering the house, house and garden has everything you may want, parking is just in front of the house, shop is near, nice long sandy beach not far, second airconditioner in case too hot (we didn't need it though, the one on the wall was cooling more than enough), just a really nice place

Review 7：There's no free wifi. There is only only wifi network in the area but I do not think is related to this hotel. I did pay for that in order to get internet, but the service is very unreliable.

Review 8：The apartment is spacious and well distributed. All the required facilities are in working order. Good location. Helpful staff.

Review 9：Would improve the villa facilities, very basic. One air conditioner for the whole house is not enough in a hot day/night. Very old TV.

Review 10：We stayed in a 3 bedroom house literally 5 min from the beach. The location was superb, the villa was ok, lots of entertainment for the kids in a walking distance, many restaurants around. Su Nuraxi restaurant must go, amazing gelateria yogurteria mille meraviglie.

Review 11：Room with bunk beds is a mistake , is so small that you can not normally breathe it . Rather shabby apartment. AirCon was not working when we arrived, there was also problem with the gas in kitchen. In overall I would not recommend this place

Review 15：there where some small broken things: shower doors worked badly, bidets was out of hot water, washing machines faucet broken, bathroom sink leak was poor and staff could not fix it after changing all drainage system with a new one - it worked better, but still very poor.

Review 16：It looks everything clean and nice in the beginning of season in and outside. hope that it looks the same later ;) our neighbors were owners for a few days - they use the similar/other apartments and improve them.

Review 18：Apartments were good, beaches were perfect, and the local store was working even on Sunday evening.

Review 19：Remote location ("Località Montenai", on the edge of the town, 30 min. walk away from the small town centre, even more from the check-in place). Basically no public transport. A lot of mosquitoes (at least in October) and no mosquito nets.

Review 20：Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, renovated place. Beach - 8 min. walk away, a couple of nice restaurants (try il Miraggio) and a supermarket close by (closing down towards the end of October). Good for quiet holidays.

Review 21：- the water from the shower was leaking so we had to clean everytime we used it. - the aircondition got broken, but they FIXED it :-) - FYI: wifi connection- only outside on the street or on the beach - FYI: 100 EUR DEPOSIT is not mentioned in Booking.com, but I read the comments here and some people mentioned it so I was prepared for this

Review 22：+ the moment we came we fell in love with the location- 200m from the beach + quick service- they can repair really everything + they have around 300 apartments so it is hard to judge. + we got almost everything we asked for + FYI the reception is near the gas station- just in case you couldn't find it

Review 23：Beautiful place with an excelent view! It seems to be far away from the beach, but it´s not so far if you find the foot path (it takes 3 or 5 minutes). Very quiet and really good equipped also for a longer stay.

Review 24：Check in was difficult because office only open during certain times and the road was recently renumbered so we didn't know which street numbers were most recent! Staff was very nice to come early to get us settled in though when we arrived!!
