Review 1：What was there not too like.

Review 2：The excellent customer service. Menus were great. . Gardens were lovely. Location. Met a beautiful young host called Ina who assisted me so graciously.

Review 3：This was my 1st time to Bali and largely thanks to the Padma, it was amazing! The Padma was everything we wanted in a resort. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful environment, and AMAZING food. Seriously, the food here is unreal! The buffet style breakfasts are divine, and they also themed dinners. Amazing quality food, service and selection. Naturally, as a first timer, the hustle and bustle of Bali got to me at some points, and the Padma was literally my retreat away from it all at times. Some days we had no need to leave the resort and instead, sat by the pool, popped up our little yellow flag, and enjoyed the excellent poolside service and delicious cocktails all day long. I will definitely be staying at Padma again.

Review 4：These are only minor points but things to work on. Sometimes it was hard to get quick service at the pool bar. An extra bar person at the main pool during all afternoon periods would offer a better service. The gym really needs some up to date gym equipment. You have to think who your clients are... Maybe 60% Australian, walk into any fitness first gym in Australia and you would see what I mean.

Review 5：We loved the concept of 3 different pool types. We thought the staff were excellent for the most part. We liked the prompt room service and quality of food. We used the gym and the tennis court which was great to do. We loved the gardens and sense of space at the resort.

Review 6：Too many people at breakfast- bit chaotic but good breakfast options and great service. The hotel is so large and that's not really my thing, personal preference. Lots of kids in the pool, good family place but not ideal for non-family singles.

Review 10：THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT OR THE ROOM SERVICE WAS BELOW AVERAGE AND SO WERE THE COCKTAILS. WORN OUT FOR A FIVE STAR HOTEL. EVERY DAY WE HAD TO SAY "HELLO" TO ALMOST EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE STAFF BY THE TIME YOU REACHED THE BEACH. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THE STAFF SHOULD ADDRESS THE CUSTOMERS ONLY IF THEY ARE ADDRESSED TO. THE HOTEL SPA WAS CHARGING 77 EUROS FOR 80 MIN MASSAGE WHILE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL YOU WOULD PAY ONLY 8 EUROS. THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WAS PACKED WITH VENDORS - SOLICITORS - BEGGARS - HUSTLERS ETC (LIKE ALL BALI REALLY). THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD GET RID OF THEM SO ME AND MY FAMILY COULD SIT AND RELAX IN PEACE.

Review 12：Sensational Hotel with an excellent location. Staff cannot do enough for you. My children have allergies to nuts & the staff in the main dining area were mindful of this & very helpful. We ate at the hotel many times & the food was always exceptional. Our room was imaculate & the overall cleanliness of the hotal could not be faulted. We had a wonderful time at the Padma & would not hesitate in staying here again.

We could not have the shutters open as there were no curtains of any description and people passing could see straight into room particularly if lights were on and they needed to be on as it was dark. There were many Mosquitos in room/bathroom. As first time stayers at this hotel we were disappointed.

Review 50：It is a luxury hotel, so we were prepared to pay a little bit more for things - such as food and drinks. But l think there drink prices need looking at. Happy hour, was no more than a slight gesture, rather than any great saving.

Review 51：We were in desperate need of a holiday with our 2.5 yo son and Padma Resort made it the best possible 11-day break. From the staff, to the food, to the rooms to the kids club... every part of it was amazing. Could not recommend this hotel higher. Great location.

Review 52：We are a middle aged couple so in the second week school holidays begun and because this resort is great for kids there were no more relaxing in the pool maybe an adults only pool would be a good way to fix this. Saying this just don't travel in school holidays as this was a great resort.

Review 56：We (2 female friends) arrived late at night and had booked a twin room. We were first given a room with a King size bed and had to wait quite a few hours (until 2 in the morning) to get a twin room. But the manager upgraded us which was very nice.

Review 67：This resort is considered as the best 5 star resort in this area and it did not disappoint me. Stayed there in one of the double storeyed luxury chalet which was excellent. The servers are all well behaved , well mannered , polite and always greet with a smile at all times. They offered me to upgrade to one of the lagoon rooms which I declined as I was very happy with chalet. They have this pillow menu to choose the bed pillow of your liking which I found unique. They have 4 swimming pools out of which one is huge, a lagoon pool, kids pool and and infinite pool overseeing the beach. They have a swim up bar on the main pool which is pretty decent. Food quality is excellent and well priced. They have daily shows of various kinds and we were lucky to witness their full moon party which was pretty well

Review 93：Markets are close by and my husband hated the hard sell when walking. The first day on the beach we were pestered by hawkers. The main restaurant is open air Balinese - fabulous atmosphere, great décor but not air conditioned. These negatives are minor and do not affect staying at this wonderful hotel.

Review 95：Things that could be improved are providing free airport transfer for people who book through booking.com. In the room the only improvements would be faster internet and having bath robes without having to request them. Apart from that the pool cocktails are a little over priced but happy hour is great. A little bit of a walk to Seminyak and Kuta.

Room service food was also very good. Free water and toiletries were also great. Room was gorgeous and clean and hotel is on the beach and has shops just on the doorstep.

Review 97：- our room smelled damp, likely due to it having minimal natural light - cleaning standards not high enough. At breakfast, We witnessed a child's vomit cleaned up off the floor and table with napkins. No disenfectant was used and the table was quickly passed onto the next family.

Review 115：Although close to the beach I didn't like the surrounding streets. We were kindly upgraded to a Premier room which was fantastic but our original Chalet room was starting to look shabby. The main pool was far too warm which I heard about prior to our visit so we swam in the Lagoon pool :) The mini bar is less than adequate.

We were impressed with their understanding of not only our requirements but with their fluency of the English language. Would definitely stay again.

Review 119：I loved the beautiful gardens of the Padma. Just taking a leisurely stroll around the many ponds and lagoons was stunning. The kids club was also great with playground and magnificent staff. Highly recommend.

The garden club could do with extending as this gets busy and it's quite a small area, and possibly having a private pool for the club guests only similar to Ayodya Resort Nusa Dua would be great too

Review 129：The salon could be cheaper, it's understandable that hotel massages, pedicures etc are going to be more expensive than out on the street but the prices were ridiculous, higher than Perth. Nice to have one treatment at the hotel during a holiday.
