Review 1：Room was very congested and toilet is very very congested,without ventilation.Nobody can easily make movement in room.Everything is congested.

Review 5：I stayed in Non A/c double room. It is one of the worst room I stayed in my life. Room & bathroom are very small. It was not cleaned & there is no paint in the wall. When I asked to upgrade the room, they quoted double rate than the online rate. No worth to stay.

Review 7：A budget option that's below average. the rooms are small and dank, ours had no window and the paint work was quite shabby. The bathroom was tiny with no window or air vents, so very humid and constantly damp. Overall the place was quite scruffy and somewhat dreary.

They gave me a 24hr check out .. with additional checkout time of 3 hours.. which saved my lot of money.( I had booked 2 rooms ) .24 hrs hot water ..chilled AC .. Close from railway and Also from The Temple ... While checkout - they arranged 2 autos at 1.30 am.. as my next train was at 2.00 am.. Before visiting this hotel i was a bit nervous because of some negative reviews..( some people expect 5 star service at cheap rates and give negative feedback... i have stayed at mahindra resort dharamshala with very irritating hot water..and Ginger hotels ..this was nothing less than those at much afordable price ) but still i went there as per my request they had given me 24hrs checkout..good wifi .. Good Hotel .. Excellant Service !!

Review 104：Stayed from 7 O'clock night to 7 O'clock morning . Night till 2 O'clock two rooms did not have any current. They did not pay any attention to us.It was really hot during April , One small kid cried night. Lastly at 2.30 another rooms were allotted. They knew the reason that current was dripping, but paid no attention till we had to fight. Lastly we bargained to reduce the rate for the inconvenience.

Review 106：the response was very poor. i booked by online and got the confirmation but when i reached there there was no room so i became tensed and had to make alternate arrangements. so how v can rely on such confirmation.

Review 107：The room condition especially the bathroom needs an overhaul, the water outlet tube from the aircon was a constant source of dripping water in the bathroom thereby rendering it unfit for use. Also though the room comes with breakfast, we were only told in the morning that we need to go for breakfast outside the hotel since the in-house restaurant was under repair. Also the basic room which we had initially booked had such a tiny bathroom thereby forcing us to upgrade to a deluxe room. Strange this was not mentioned at the time of booking, not sure if intentional to force customers to make an upgrade.

Review 109：The staff is not reliable at all- we booked a taxi to the airport for early morning- we confirmed twice if it is booked and in the morning, taxi was not there and we had to wait 30 minutes. You can get cheaper hotel in the same location.

There's a bar in the basement that's lovely and cool, it's only 5 minutes walk from the Meenakshi Temple, The wifi at the seating area in reception is always available and more than adequate for email, facebook, uploading photos etc. I would happily stay here again.
