Review 1：thought the standard of food selection poor, and not very impressed with manner/attitude of senior staff in restaurant-

Review 4：Staff is so friendly and carefull. I was impressed, coming late, when they proposed me to eat before i go to my room. So silent. So clean. They wash the floor in the room every day. Convenient pool. I felt like at home :)

Review 5：Breakfast was awful so don't be swayed by the fact it's included. One day even the milk was sour. The staff couldn't care less about giving you information about the hotel or the surrounding area. It was 40 degrees when we visited and the air condotioning was not strong enough so we complained. We were told there was nothing that could be done and that there were no other rooms available. The beds are so uncomfortable I felt like my back was broken. The only redeeming feature is the location as it is literally 2 minutes from the beach by foot. That is the only plus.

Review 6：That was my second time at Sardinia... This time... Not happy .. Well that s life.. I m beginning to believe, that some hotels just buy theese good coments.... Anyway.... Low level of privacy due to very small rooms and merched verandas. Unattended Kids age 6 and 2 next door, who were regularly left on their own by parents( left hotel) for about an hour.... Not just crying... Yelling..... Veranda so law that we could easily comunicate with my boyfriend outside-inside.... Cant imagin having intimate moments theere.... Better put it on youtube... It would be paid for at least :-) ... Joking :-) Bathroom extremly small, shower hardly fitting my size 32... Oldfashioned ... I underestand typical sardinian style, but quality of bed matraces was poor....!!! theese days.... Four star hotel should have it better. Smallest tv you could find in the world....No wifi anywhere else except recepction... Niether by swiming pool... Very late dinners, 20.00-22.00 considering healty lifestyle. Even Im celiatic ... Eat glutenfree, glucosefree high protein diet.... I was left with fruit, veggies and small piece of fish( if not fried...) breakfast very poor and monochromatic... anyway... Many great restaurants and beach clubs around saved the holiday.... :-) i recomend this hotel only to older people, because nothing happens there its oldfashioned and not comfortable hotel at all. For this price i get kempinski in portoroz slovenia... Level you just can t compare..... And what killed me actually... Was no changing room for guests having late flight... Well... Just piss off 10.00 ... You can leave your luggage at reception, but you can t change or shower comfortably before your flight.... Well... Just Smile... :-)

Review 8：Extremely poor WiFi. TV in the room from early 80s with 9" screen. The breakfast was definitely not worth 4star hotel. And the facility as the whole is far below declared 4star - very much overpriced. Some strange rules: no room service, the pool can be used only 3 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the afternoon. AC was working in ventilation mode only, ego bringing the air from outside where the temperature was over 34 C. Only few of Staff can speak English.

Review 10：Sea-view room means side-sea views from the balcony - not from the room. The bed hard and uncomfortable, the coffee terrible. We were forced to take Half board with our booking. The food was plenty but only some dishes enjoyable. Wifi was not accessible from the room - only the reception area.

Review 11：One of the nicest beaches in the area is just a few meters walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely promenade with restaurants and shops. The hotel is set back enough not to hear any music from the restaurants, so nice and quiet. Very nice large swimming pool and our sea-facing room had a lovely side-sea view from a good size balcony. The room was clean with a big enough bathroom. Plenty of cupboards to pack clothes away. Staff were friendly. Free on-site parking and free WIFI.

Review 12：If I could make any recommendations to the hotel it would just be that they could provide a bit more local information, especially in English, as we stumbled across things like the supermarket and bus stop half way through our stay, there wasn't any info about trips, or facilities that I could find in English, I think most guests are Italians, who all return year upon year, which is a recommendation in itself.

Review 13：Booked our holiday to Sardinia as a last minute getaway & it surpassed expectations! Hotel was great, cleanest I've ever stayed in, lovely staff, fantastic location, really would recommend if you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy Sun, sand, sea and wine! Hotel is 30 min journey from olbia airport, we booked a private transfer as the bus timetable is limited. It's ideally located in baia sardinia, minutes from the beach and restaurants as well as the supermarket and you can even walk to the water park, it's only 15minutes away. There is a bus stop near the tourist information point, which is 5minutes up the road, here you can get buses to nearby locations such as Porto cervo for 2euros so it's not essential to have a car. We stayed at the hotel half board as we were concerned about Sardinia's reputation for being expensive. I think on the whole this offered great value for money, good breakfast choice and a 4 course meal every night. But you don't have to spend a fortune, there's a supermarket just 10 minute walk away, which offers fresh croissants, bread etc, and plenty of pizza/pasta restaurants that offer food for similar price to UK. In local restaurants you will pay more for meat and fish and alcohol isn't cheap, 6 euros for a beer, 10 for a cocktail. The hotel offered a good choice of local, affordable wines, starting at 12 euros a bottle. The pool was nice, we had it pretty much to ourselves most days, even in the height of the season. The beach is fairly small but really nice and the water is so clear. It is a great resort to relax for a week, and I can't imagine any of the other hotels could beat punta est, I would highly recommend.

Review 19：This is a bit puritan, but a very romantic hotel at a perfect place With very good conditions. There are resting, restaurants, beaches With sand. We had a perfect honeymoon there.

Only boiled eggs, one type of cheese and onetype of prosciutto and the rest were all canned food. The dinner as welllacked of the typical Italian food. Definitely not what we expected in a4 star hotel in Italy. Also all the rooms had two single bedsfunctioning as one double. This made our stay very uncomfortable sincewe were there on our honey moon :)....When we asked the reception, theysaid that all of their rooms had two single beds joined together to makea double bed.

Review 21：The location was perfect if you want to visit main attractions (beachesand small villages) in Costa Smeralda. The hotel was also nice andcleaned and offer a beautiful sea view from the rooms.

Sardinia is very expensive, and after travelling around the island for a couple of weeks, we discovered that even 4 star hotels are very basic indeed. In light of this, the hotel was very reasonable in terms of price and size.

Review 24：Beautiful location, very close to the main area of activity and beach (less than 5 minutes walk). Clean, bright rooms, lovely pool, good evening meal, very friendly staff. We had a very nice time here! The hotel has a very warm and endearing atmosphere.
