Review 1：Excellent family owned location between a residential suburb of Knokke and the preserved naural parc Het Zwin. In this quiet environment, the hosts offer comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Top restaurants are nearby. The beach as well as the shopping streets of Knokke are at walking distance.

Review 10：The hotel has a large parking area and they charge 10 euros per night to guests who park on the property. We wished later that we had parked out front as there was plenty of street parking directly outside. High season might be different.

Review 13：position the guy called me back right after my booking as we were arriving too late and he wanted to make sure that we could find the keys etc. He arranged everything in a very kind and effective way. Very quick also to check out in the morning.

Review 52：Our visit was slightly marred by the fact that I rented a bike plus child seat from the hotel to take my 22 month old daughter out for a cycle ride. The child seat was not properly fixed on and fell off backwards, with my daughter in it, after about 10 minutes of cycling. Luckily, she was not hurt but it could have been very serious. Although I accepted that it was entirely accidental, I felt that the hotel did not take the matter very seriously. The staff member who had fixed the child seat on actually shrugged his shoulders when I told him as if to say 'it's not my fault', and the hotel even charged me for the bike rental time incurred.
