Review 1：Location was very noisy on the highway, pillows were all 'high' and firm - hard to sleep on - but main issue was a rather mean supply of tea/coffee etc - for a $210 we probably expected a sweet biscuit in a packet. Did not take Amex without surcharge - annoying. And wifi difficuly to get going. Also free wifi allowance ran out in less than an hour and we were only browsing for our trip. Bit miserly!

Review 2：Space was fantastic - apartment extremely clean - immaculate and a credit to staff. The king bed was very comfortable.

Review 17：The restaurant was not even considered at the time of booking but impressed all in our group. Food was restaurant standard as opposed to pub/motel and the service was very good.

Review 18：Booked for 4 people, checked in late . There was only towels for 3 people and the trundle bed was not made up no sheets. There should have be a discount offer to rectify this and I would have been happy. Staff have no PR skills.

Review 19：Friendly, professional staff. Able to make a booking for a wonderful dinner at Rupert's restaurant when we booked in. Good continental breakfast in the room, which helped us immensely as we had to make an early morning departure. Will stay here again!!

Review 20：The other bedroom was pokey and had limited room, the downstairs air-conditioning unit only worked for the first day.Had a washing machine but no clothesline only a drier.

Review 29：Restaurant meals and service- was easter Friday and there just seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. Only seems to be one actual cook/chef then lots of younger staff helping for large restaurant. There were empty tables and people were being turned away. Our food took over an hour to arrive and looked like it had just been thrown on the plate. Steamed asian greens was a dozen snow peas and one slice of carrot. Once we cut our steaks/salmon we realised we had a WD steak and MR salmon, instead of a MR steak and a WD salmon, both meals had to be sent back to the kitchen as the cook had read the order wrong. The salmon then arrived back very browned all over, rather than being put back to cook on the skin, and the steak was more on the rear side, than the MR side but by that stage we were too hungry to care.

Review 43：Noisy, the motel being next to traffic lights on the New England Hwy and on a incline meant a never ending stream of trucks grinding off the line after a red light, or hitting air brakes to slow down. Also a little expensive, we travelled from Townsville and stayed at a few motels on the way, and this was the most expensive of any of them for a family room
