Review 1：You need to train your staff more, especially for on product knowledge and guess services. When i checked in, i asked your FO officer about your bed type, she didn't know anything about the size. She said she just joint the company a month ago. She kindly told me to check the room, and i agreed. She talked to someone via walkie talkie asking for master key. Seem like she hardly to find the guy who incharge with the master key. In the alley she met a guy i think he was one of the staff i am not sure what dept ( he was wearing lite yellow t-shirt) and asking where was the guy who have the master key ( and seems like this staff just woke up from one room of your hotel ). In short she found they guy who incharge with the key with after several time calling his name with loud voice... So you need to manage and spend more training session for your staff. I believe that is a great fondation in the future. Tx

Review 2：I like the double size bed type. It's big. Especially for tall person like me.

Review 3：Room not ready when I arrived (after 4pm) but no big deal just a 10 minute wait before housekeeping had finished. A little disappointed with Wi-Fi - it was stable and always on but signal really weak from my room.

Review 8：Staff were very friendly, I asked to print my boarding pass, they did and took it to my room. Everything is new and very clean. 15 walk to the Mataram Mall. There are BlueBird taxis at the street corner. The taxi from the hotel to the Mandalika Bus Terminal costs only 20,000 rp with taximeter.

Review 9：wiifi works just in the hall;staff cannot speak english and they are not helpfull at all.I asked some information (such as: where I could rent a scooter,where is the tourist information) and they didn't know. In Mataram there is nothing to do and no scooter to rent. The rooms are really noices.

Review 11：Focused on business not leisure. Literally nothing around you! English was very limited. Didn't stock most of food on menu. Pillow was uncomfortable. No suitable seating area in reception.

Review 17：The free wifi is not working, we couldn't connect to it. We wish we were given a room with nice view of Mataram city instead of a room with a window facing right to the wall of the next building.

Review 18：The hotel room and everything inside are still new and clean, we had a comfortable stay there. The staffs are friendly. One of the staffs rent us his automatic motorcycle for 25,000 IDR for 3 hours, because we were not very confident with riding the manual motorcycle (which the hotel rent out for 50,000 IDR per day). 25,000 IDR for 3 hours feels like a rip-off, he asked for 30,000 IDR at first - I am not very happy about this. However, overall experience is good - the hotel let us check-out late at 2pm.
