Review 1：the room was small and carpets were dirty in the room and hallways, bathroom needed renovating very small shower cubicle with poor lighting too far from town center.This is used mainly by workers

Review 3：A good surprise for us, I liked the wood decoration from the public space, the staff was friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, all you need for a transit hotel.

Review 4：We really just spent one night there and quite by chance so couldn't tell much, but the place looked quite clean and tidy and the staff at the reception and bar quite smiling and friendly. Location is right outside Conelgiano so probably a good place to explore the prosecco region.

Review 7：Friendly, clean, safe and English spoken by most of the staff. We have stayed in this hotel 3 times, it is a little way out of town but makes up for it with by being very friendly, clean, safe, and English spoken it has a nice bar and restaurant. It costs about 8 Euro by taxi from railway station and about 3 Euro on the bus that stops next to the hotel.

They even upgraded me and gave me a bigger room :-) The location was ok for me but for tourism purpose, I would suggest to be more in the city center, even though it is quite close. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and was indispensable! The breakfast is not so bad (Italian style...). In the end, the room was not charming, nothing special, pretty or so, but it is clean, quite quiet, so it fits simple needs!

Breakfast was basic but appetisingly displayed and as well as jugs of coffee, fresh coffee was offered (cappuccino, etc.) if required at no supplement. We chose to eat one dinner at the hotel and were over the moon with the quality and reasonable price. Unfortunately, the evening after (when we would have gladly repeated the experience) was Sunday and the restaurant and bar were closed. Bar drinks were also very reasonable, e.g. 16 euros for a bottle of Prosecco. I can't say enough positive comments about our stay, it was absolutely perfect.
