Review 1：The gym needs to be improved and more high tech equipment can be presented, but it is functional as iti is. The swimming pool time until 6 pm is not very realistic for guests as we need to use the pool after arriving from our duties during the day. As a heads-up to foreigners, they do not serve alcohol. The Travel Desk is mainly for cab services, it could be extended to a more travel agency capacity. These are improvement recommendations only.

Review 2：JC Residency is a great place to stay as facilities are comfortable, clean, they have a principle that water is a needed good so they charge you the exact price of the market which is very honest and respectful. Staff is very nice and committed. AC works great, cable and TV LCD are awesome, with several options. Breakfast is good, as well as dinner, very Indian food oriented. This is a very recommended place to stay in Madurai and very trustable. They printed our boarding cards free of charge to help us out as well.

Review 5：Convenient location though you need transport to visit the main sights or to find a restaurant. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the staff were helpful, the wifi was good, and the food was good.

Review 6：Unprofessional check-out. The hotel forgot to add a small restaurant charge to our final bill and demanded over telephone that we interrupt our onward travel and return to the hotel to come and settle it.

Review 15：The driver who took me from airport to hotel took a messy route through vegetable markets of the city which was filthy and very congested. Hence on the way I had a very poor impression about the location but after reaching the hotel and when the hotel taxi on my return took highway route which was fast, clean and smooth drive, my impression was moderated. If you want to buy some small things the market is not easily approachable One has to take taxi.

The rooms could use some packets of nuts, biscuits etc. (on payment) and it should be advertised during check in that dinner too is complimentary for two people. A little more parking space would be welcome, even better if there was some shade provided for vehicles.
