Review 1：Perfect place for Holidays. Room Service very kind, and keeps everything clear inside rooms and around residence. Welcome bottle of vine and olive oil, tomatoes, fruits and so one.

Review 2：The room and its facilities are excellent. It's comfortable and you have everything you need. The host is nice and makes every effort to provide good stay.

Review 11：The staff were extremely friendly at this family establishment. We were surprised by the size and facilities of the apartment. It was a wonderful stay. I would return to stay here for sure!

Review 12：Excellent two bed apartment with extra equipments for kids (cot and feeding chair). Lots of TV channels, well equipped kitchen and we even got complimentary bottle of wine! Very nice pool and kids pool too. Relaxing atmosphere and very convenient location. Daily cleaning service and beach towels were handy! Nice staff.

Excellent location, a short stroll to the beach and main street but in a quiet, elevated spot very close to the finest local restaurants. Parking for our hire car

Review 25：We had nothing to complain about. Just good to know in advance that there is a 10mins walk to the beach. Also good to know there is not a sea view from all the apartments. We had 2 apartments down by the pool, which the kids loved, but the sea view was obstructed by another hotel.

Review 26：We loved the spacious and nice apartments, the pool, the cleanliness and the proximity to the old village's restaurants. We appreciated that this is a family run hotel with very friendly staff.

Review 37：We spent a week at Esthisis Suites at the end of October and had a fantastic time. The owners were very helpful, welcoming & friendly even baking us a delicious lemon cake during our stay & giving us a lovely bottle of their olive oil as a leaving present. The apartment was spacious & there was water, wine fruit & salad on our arrival. It was thoroughly cleaned with clean towels every day and was in a quiet location a short walk from the town, It was a great location for touring the North, North-west & South of the Island. The swimming pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment had its own seating and table area. We would really recommend a stay here & we hope to return in the near future.

Review 39：Our third visit and we were greeted like long lost friends. Looked after our needs very well. For example, with poor weather we wanted to watch a DVD set. Our room had no DVD player so they went and bought one and installed it for us! That is a caring service for you.

Review 41：Everything was just perfect! The hotel placed in an strategy point- you can get to Chania town at twenty minutes by car. The people who administrate Estithis are so nice and help when you need them. The rooms were cleaned every day. The apartment and all the hotel look great! Very modern and cozy! We stayed there with our little baby and the room was just perfect for us: with a baby chair and a baby bed. Finely the price was very fair . Next time at Crete we would come back to Estithis! Review 42：Everything was excellent, starting here with the warm hospitality of our hosts. The apartment is of a high standard, it is well equipped and comfortable. It has a good location being closed to the shopping areas and there are many restaurants nearby.

Review 49：There are a lot of steps up to the some of the apartments, while this was not an issue for us, it may be for older travellers trying to drag up their suitcases etc. We had no hot water on our last night and morning.

Review 50：These are beautiful apartments, centrally located with an easy walk to the town centre (5 mins) They are very clean and quiet, a beautiful warm pool even in September with gradual depth making it ideal for adults and children. The staff were great, very welcoming with lots of information about the area and attractions. There was a chilled bottle of wine, water and also tea and coffee supplies on arrival. The balcony was beautiful to sit at night and take in the view. Very comfortable bedding. Loved it and will definately visit again.

Review 53：spotless clean in side and out, very modern rooms with real homely touches. The owners are fantastic. The complex was full more or less during our visit but the pool and sun beds were always free. We have stayed in five star hotels and apartments through Europe and holiday resorts in spain and Greece. If you want self catering - or want to give the big hotels a miss this place is truly the best place we have stayed for privacy excellent service and great sunset views on your private balcony and terraces. near to some of the best restaurants in Platanias, recommend Cosmos, Platea, and Symposium as just a few.

Review 54：not a problem for us but it was on a bit of a hill so if you have a problem with walking not ideal - i sometimes take my dad away and i wouldn't take him there.

Review 55：Staff extremely helpful and friendly accommodation exactly like the internet pictures - thats a first, no hassle totally stress free pool was great, room was great - location was superb for us with probably the best restaurant in crete about 50 yards away(Agliogarma - or something like that - well its the closest one to the accommodation!!

Review 56：The only downfall for me was that we had the only apartment in the whole complex without a view :( All the rooms either had a sunset view or a pool view (or both). We had the side road. Which was such a shame as it took away the beauty of the place.

Review 57：These suites come highly recommended. The apartments are of a high standard and are looked after very well and as we discovered a bit too late, the higher the apartment the better the view! The cleaner works long hours and you can see she takes pride in what she does. The suites are family owned and run and both the husband and wife were very welcoming (fresh juice on arrival and a bottle of olive oil on departure). There is also complimentary wine, fruit and salad in your apartment in arrival which was a lovely touch. They are available all day to answer any questions you may have and are very knowledgable about the wider area and recommended us some beautiful places to visit. The location is uphill (which for us wasn't a problem) but may have been if we had difficulty walking or had a young child who required a pushchair. It is close to platanias town (about 5-10 min walk) yet far enough away to not be bothered by noise at night - which was perfect for us. All in all a great stay. I would recommend these suites to others.

Review 63：The family owners made so much effort to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. Arriving in the early hours of the morning, we were greeted on the road as we climbed out of the car and given a cold drink of juice as we checked in. One morning we were given a home made lemon cake and they worked out a way to swap our room for a more suitable one for us, half way through our week which was wonderful. All in all I could not fault this place or the staff who are incredibly friendly and generous.

Review 71：A real gem of a place in Platanias. If you are looking for a superb relaxing place to stay, then look no further. Efi and her family made us feel so welcome, and her attention to detail is fantastic. We spent 2 weeks here in June in a one bedroomed apartment, and it was fantastic, just did not want to leave. We felt like family. The apartments have everything, safe in room, air con, outsite seating area, full kitchen, fabulous pool, and are very spacious and modern, but the main feature is the beauty of the property. It's exactly as you see in the photos. We sat for many evenings sipping an ouzo and watching the fabulous sunsets from our very own terrace. These studios are between the main strip with all it's late night bars, and the old town of Platanias, which is a little further up the hill. it's far enough away from the town so the loud music cannot be heard. The old town has some fabulous restaurants which are highly recommended. The hill from the Main Street is not very far and we found it no trouble at all. Cannot wait to return. Best place we have been in many years.

Nothing was too much trouble for them ( they even picked us up in Platanias Village and dropped us off again in there own car) The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Review 116：This is a relatively new complex, and nicely laid out. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and accn is clean and well presented. Stayed there just before Spring Break and had a blast.....great place near to centre of town. Easy to find from airport, and great for drives into the beautiful Cretian hills. Some lovely running routes too!
