Reviews for Tassido Coda Resort
Review 1：Pay attention to the reviews about no internet! We had no access for the entire 3 day stay. Staff were completely unhelpful about it, citing "the weather", which was actually quite mild. So if you book here thinking you'll be able to check email and make international calls back home using wifi don't count on it. The closest markets to buy food and sundries. are in Scanno, a 30 minute round trip. Although they provide firewood they don't provide anything to light it with so we had to buy a lighter. There are no fireplace tools. Overall, this is a place that geared toward people who live a few hours away and can bring their food, towels, sheets, etc with them. Sheets and towels are extra, as is the internet service if you can get any. I don't recommend it for international travelers. We were not impressed with Scanno or what it had to offer.
Review 2：The apartment is aesthetically beautiful. New construction, exposed wood beams, etc. The fireplace is nice and they provide wood. The view is nice but not sensational.
Review 3：water in one shower wasn't regulated. You either had burning hot or freezing cold water. Bathroom fixtures are not well installed and started to fall apart. Kitchen wasn't well equipped to cook. Wouldn't recommend it with young children. Many corners and low ceilings. Oh! And, we were supposed to have WIFi but didn't have any!
Review 4：From the ceiling to floor Windows you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lago Di Scanno. Parking space on site and under roof. Some practical extras like inter on the top floor. It's very cozy and sleeping is comfortable.
Review 5：It was a little farther off the beaten path than we would have liked, as it was a 45 min drive to a medium size grocery. The condo is not finished, and there were a lot of things that need attention, such as breaker kept blowing each time we turned on downstairs bathroom light. The area directly around the condo is in construction, and it didn't seem that anyone had worked on it for quite some time. Not enough cooking/eating equipment to really make a meal with.
Review 6：Very beautiful scenery, away from the craziness of Rome and city life. We saw a lot of wild life, to include bears, boars, a snake, fox, donkeys, and lots of horses. Lake Scano is amazing, so blue. Lots of wonderful quaint villages and towns nearby to explore. The restaurant at the hotel where we checked in at was awesome!
Review 7：Cozy atmosphere, good food, but what really stole our hearts were an amazing staff. We got stuck in the snow 20km away from the hotel, but the owner was very kind and met us in a different location and drove us to hotel. Very generous and kind people. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
