Review 1：The dinner that was included in the price was very very poor.

Review 4：location diretly at the beach of a quiet little bay - fantastic warm, clean and silky smooth water, good breakfast buffet, air conditioned room, quiet at night, no moskitos
Review 5：The hotel as a whole is outdated, with old furniture, beds, etc. Rooms need definitely a refurbishment for the price charged. The rooms facing at the back of the hotel are rather small and a bit dark. We asked, though, and were kindly offered with a sea-view room; there the view is very nice!
Review 6：1) the location definitely-right in front of the beach and 5 minutes drive to Capoliveri (bus available) 2) the staff - very polite and helpful to respond to our requests 3) the food - we had half-board accommodation and the food served was very tasty and in good variety 4) available (and cheap) private parking space if you are traveling by car.

Review 11：Excellent view from our room terrace of the Meditereanean Sea and the hotel is really directly at the sea side at Pereti Beach. Restaurant and bar has okay prices.
Review 12：Public transport: Access to the hotel without car is very demanding, I could not recommend. (From Portoferraio (ferries) you would have to mount to Capoliveri (bus service) and then descend to the Pareti location. Facilities: Without transport, there is no possibility to do even basic shopping and you would have to eat near-by (... have an excellent reputation, but we have not been able to test it (off-season)).

Review 14：The whole hotel needs a renovation, everything is very old. The roomswith old mattresses, the bathroom, the reception area, the wholeinterior looks antique. The owner might believe it will sell anyway,because of the location at the seefront, but I think he will loosevisitors if he doesn't renovate, especially fot the price he's asking!
