Review 1：The room is very clean and surrounding scenery is very charming.The friendly host gave us a wonderful memories.I would like to recommend this hotel to all friends who want to go to the San Gimignano.
Review 2：These are really all very minor and not really affect overall experience: * Kitchen could be a bit better equipped (lacks kettle or a tool to mash vegetables * Water in bathrooms contains a lot of chlorine * Beds are too soft

Review 4：The property is situated in a very convenient spot for day trips to places of interest (Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence etc) and has also a great view of the surrounding typical Tuscan hills. It is very clean and spacious and the two owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Any complains concerning the small piece of road connecting the main road to the property, wifi performance or lack of drinkable water are insignificant.

Review 7：Excellent location if you enjoy quiet Tuscan country living. Rooms are spacious and include patio furniture on manicured lawns with views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The hotel has several charcoal grills available. We picked the ripe and plentiful figs for breakfast on the surrounding trees. The pool area is on a hill with beautiful surrounding views. A car is required if you plan to stay here. A 1 hour drive from Florence or Pisa, and 40 minutes from Volterra. Located right in the center of Tuscany. A great location to make day trips from.
Review 8：There was a family in the appartment above us making noise in the middle of the night even after the staff went to speak to them but I think this was more bad luck than something general because all the other guests around us were very peaceful & respectful & when we complained to the manager he apologised & went to have a word with the people in question & said if he could he would've changed our room but it was unfortunately fully booked.

Review 17：Very convenient location, about 60km from all the major attraction in the area (Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca) and in a nice, less touristic area (San Miniato was a great surprise for us). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet and peaceful.

We liked pretty much everything about this place, from the great landscape to the pool and the big, beautiful room. The service and support from the staff was really great. True Italian hospitality and politeness, willingness to help with any issue, ability to go the extra mile to secure a great customer service.
