Review 1：Couldn't use electrical devices in the rooms. A warning sign said this was not allowed.
Review 2：Great location near lake, tourist office, ferries and towm. Traditional style of rooms and great cleanliness. Near old town and train station.
Review 3：It was very hot during the night. I know AC isn't a regular thing to have, but having a small fan in the room would have made our sleep ten times better.

The proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly, and even lent us power adapters as we only had Swiss ones (I thought they would be the same). I thought I was getting a mediocre accommodation as I had picked out a more expensive one initially, but then settled on this cheap one that didn't look too great in the photos. I was really surprised at how "un-cheap" it was. I would definitely stay there again.

Review 29：Be prepared for budget amenities; this is not a fancy place. If you stay there and don't like it, it's likely you wanted higher end lodging, not that the hotel wasn't as described. Luino is not as much a resort town as others on Lago Maggiore.

Review 31：The hotel is in a number of old buildings in the city of Luino with very small streets (typical of Italian towns), So parking can be difficult. Furnishings are simple, but very usable. My single room was a bit dark - The windows looked onto an adjacent building.
