Review 1：for the pricing, the rooms do not have carpeting, it could be cleaned better, corrrider carpet are stained, looks it may need refurbishing

Review 5：There was a wedding who made a huge noise upto 11.30 pm or so ...not good for other guests who wanted to rest..weddings should have a hall and not in the Hotel open grounds.

Review 7：The entire Hotel and room was very shabby. There were mosquitos in the lobby-making it difficult to sit, even in the bathroom- mosquitos behind the shower! The bathroom basin had water marks - not cleaned properly. The lobby sofa had dirty covers, flat cushions- badly neaded replacement. The sofa had foam and threads peeping out! The Free internet in room never worked. Will not stay again here. Do not rely in the name only. Would not recommend staying here to anybody - its not Fortune Standard. Any other hotel with half the tariff could be in better state.

Review 14：The worst as far as the staff and the food is concerned. In our life, we have not seen and itc hotel, having such a dirty seen. we have ordered egg white and poured some pepper powder. THE SHOCKING THNG WAS BUGS running fast here and there !!!!!!! SO MUCH. Also we checked the other pepper cylinders and shocked to see so much of bug shells. WE HAVE called up on the restaurant manager and the front office manager and shown them all these. How u can make such a mess of food?? if we would have alerted the authorities, just in 5 minits, ur hotel would have been sealed. Any way we have recorded all the happenings for future reference. and it is ashamed to see an ITC affiliate hotel is like this. If this is like this Then what will be the stage of ITC GRAND CHOLA AND OTHER ITC HOTELS?? WE ARE THINKING TO UPLOAD IT IN WEB

Even the health club is outsourced and on my day there was a VIP (local politician) guest at the Hotel so I had to go out of the Hotel and get into the rear of the Hotel to enter the healthclub - citing security reasons.
