Review 1：The modern design of the room with a smoked glass panel between the room and toilet. The toilet light lights up the room when used at night might wake up light sleepers. Music can be heard from 7am from downstairs.

Review 2：The rooms are large with a king size bed. The location is good for a night stay before heading to the beach or to the airport. Location in town to do some shopping in the nearby mall.

Review 6：The hotel was centrally situated and is very near to the Mataram Mall (there is a great Indonesian Food place call Begibung that is a must-visit). It is also only 10 minutes away from the newest Epicentrum Mall. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel service was very good.

Review 7：This time when I stay, they gave me 5th floor which is during Sunday on the 6th Floor was used for church, there were children running around and noisy. We've been complaining for 3 times at FO but still noisy and we unable to sleep well

Review 42：We requested for late check out and there is no issue until we check out. We received email prior to our arrival from Rehuel that we can check out at 2pm at no cost. On the check out day, we got a phone call from receptionist to remind us on our check out time at 2pm at no cost. At 1.45pm we go down to check out, Rehuel the receptionist told us we need to pay additional Rp 100,000 for our late check out as it's already 2pm according to his watch. After some argument then he agreed not to charge us the fee. We hope next time that Rehuel or anyone in charge could at least be honest with the customer. it is a very good hotel but if the worker is not honest, it could ruin the hotel reputation.

Review 69：Mataram! If you don't have to be there for a reason, don't go there as a tourist. Its a crowded, dirty city and there is not much to do. Hotel is not (jet) used to some normal activities as it started just two months ago. Breakfast didn't offer much choise as already 50% was allocated to warm meals (mie, nasi etc, which western people are not used to eat as breakfast). Also some drinks on the card couldn't be made because ingredients ran out of stock.
