Review 1：Our apartment was a basement, which means that most of it was below earth. Therefore it was not only very dark, but also humid (especially in the sleeping room). The bathroom required urgently rennovation, the shower head was completely broken and also the rest of the bathroom had expired it's life expectancy. The fire place which might look very romantic on the pictures is a stinky dark hole in reality (would be good to cover it up when not in use....). We would have to leave the living room window open all the time (although the nights were already quite chilly....), otherwise the whole appartment would smell like foul eggs. Therefore the whole place was pretty cold. In addition, we could not turn on the heating. Kitchen facilities very poor (not even dish liquid).
Review 2：Very beautiful and big garden which is very well taken care of. Very quiet. Nice and clean swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Free Wi-Fi which also works outside on the terrace. Small "wine shop" (also ice cream) on the property.
Review 3：We didn't like the fact that our unit was a basement. We were not aware of this when we booked it since it was not written. Also, it was very damped with mold in the bathroom especially in the shower. When we arrived the place was dirty with insects. They cleaned the apartment again, and even after they cleaned it, we felt uncomfortable.

Review 5：Bathrooms require thorough cleaning (black mold on shower) and also urgent refurbish. Insects everywhere – in bed rooms, bathrooms, chicken, pool area, patio (we had also scorpions in shower and chicken and when complain to the reception they tell us:” this scorpions are not dangerous “). A mesh door by main entrance is required. Wi-Fi was very slow and with a lot of interruptions. Apartment facilities very poor: only 1 towels set/person in 10 days, only one toilet paper in this period, not cosmetics in bath – soap, shower gel, WC deodorant … Cutlery and cooking utensils bad and poor, low gas pressure, needed long time to cook. Poor tourist information’s about Montaione /Tuscany area.
