Review 1：Not soundproof. No kettle for hot water. Kitchen and breakfast area very basic. Noisy dogs.

Review 2：Good room, hot water, comfortable, spacious, light. Restful surroundings. Ivor, the member of staff, understood little English but always responsive to requests.

Review 3：The bedsheets were dirty, specially the pillow cover. The night table full of stains (easy removable with some water).
