Review 1：The resort is located at the beach with 5 swimming pool and a spa. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. Family friendly. Boat tours and diving are located near the beach. Loved the place.

Review 2：-WIFI weak -breakfast poor -staff unfriendly -we have received a room, what we didnt like, and we couldnt change for another one. THis is not a good service

Review 4：Excellent 4* hotel but to our opinion not really a 5* hotel. It is difficult to find space at the pool, although there are signs that reservation is not allowed and towels will be removed this is not done. Some staff at the kiosk was not very friendly. The Spa was under construction.

Review 5：Very nice location, very near to restaurants and bars of Platanias which is a great place to be in Crete. Clean rooms with very well working air conditioning and very helpful hotel staff. The breakfast buffet and location is superb!

Review 7：Is a fantastic hotel with lots of space and facilities. We only opted for B&B but the range and quality of food was excellent. There are a few swimming pools of a good size so it didn't feel too busy but you are next to the beach so can always go down there at busier times. We would all recommend this hotel we had a great holiday and you cant beat its location with all those fantastic Platanias restaurants on your doorstep.

Review 9：Very nice resort, right on the beach, bus stop and shops, restaurants are walking distance. immaculate clean, professional and helpful, friendly staff. Large balcony belongs to each room. I would return again!

Review 10：-you can exchange pool towels for the fresh ones only on sunday, tusday, thursday - what? this is a joke. Yes hotel staff will change your towels at request but they will give you annoyed look before they do. -the private pool in the family room is very noisy (automatic cleaning system I guess?) thus it's impossible to sleep in the room with door open! -the everyday cleaning of rooms is not consistent. Some days the room was cleaned very well and some days they barely did anything! -overall comfort of the room is poor, the room's floor is covered 100% with very cold tiles! Not child friendly. The room with the toilet and bidet don't even have anything where you can hang a towel! -the hotel is crowded, so many people and for such little space. -the beach near the hotel is a joke: it's dirty and looks really poor and so on. Overall a very poor stay, it's a good 3.5* hotel, not a 5* hotel. Poor value for money.

Review 12：Rooms were awful, not even 3 star, expensive and small with desperate tvif you're English and very basic bathroom and facilities - So basicin fact they are not even comparable with Travel Lodge or similardiscount hotels in the uk. We viewed two rooms so had a good idea ofwhat was on offer. Whoever gave this hotel 5 stars has been on the ouzobig time....

Review 14：Would you like to spend 200 eur a day and be surrounded by cheap all-inclusive package travelers who booked for 200 a week? In this case, book this resort on booking.com, resort which has nothing to do with a 5 stars hotel. The staff is really angry and unhelpful at all time, we asked for a lunch bag and we were given a bottle of water and a ham and (bad) cheese baguette worst than the one you could find by the motorway. The pool closes at 8pm, much before darkness, and the spa at 6pm! Meaning that when you come back from a day at the beach is prohibited to enjoy some relax by the pool. Beer selection by the pool? Only the cheapest national greek beer. A tennis table! wow! But no rackets! Only something similar to the rackets which won't work to play. Would you rest well? Well... The mattress is possibly of the cheapest kind and it was covered by plastic that we had to remove to avoid sweating all night. Pillows? The worst synthetic material, 5 eur at Ikea. Nothing like feather or memory foam which you would expect in a 5 stars hotel. The design of the resort is like a labyrinth and it's really huge, making the spaces too crowded at all time. Last but not least, the bath tab in our room was not working, there was an intense stink of sewers, and no sockets in the bathrooms. Do greeks shave sometimes?

Review 17：Restaurant has excellent food for a good price They have a mini market with good prices. 5 swimming pools an playground for children. Big rooms and balcony, there is a small kitchen in the room. We can use the shower and changing room after the checkout, so we could stay I the hotel waiting for our flight at night. Very nice sand beach and daily boat trip in front of hotel. The restaurant has a view to the sea.

Review 18：Only one free wall socket in the room (besides the ones connected with TV, refrigerator and light lamp) could not accommodate concurrent charging of more than one device, and this was a bit bothersome in our modern gadgets-full age.

Review 19：The staff was very polite and eager to help all the time. Breakfast buffet was really excellent and over-the-top plentiful. Free parking with protected access was also a plus in this over-crowded village (Platanias). The hotel was next to a really nice, blue-flagged sandy beach (for elevated water quality, eco-friendly and well-organised facilities). Free cool water access in the main pool was also a nice bonus.

Review 20：The location was perfect. A luxury hotel with everything that is demanded for a 5star hotel. Room service but especially the service at the pool restaurant was excellent. Well done to the housekeeping stuff!The room was cleaned and tidied up so good.. It is the only hotel that looks like excactly as the photos in the website and even better!!

Review 21：Superior Maisonette is 3 to 4 stars. Air conditioning consists of a split aplasia upstairs which is not very loud and constantly interrupting. Wi-fi does not work at all. It is very much noise, very crowded and very many children. The beach is very crowded and sunbeds are paid. In the fridge there was nothing ... 5 stars?! The food at the all inclusive (which is not really all inclusive) is almost the same every day.
