Review 1：The AC was making noises during it's turning ON. One of the receptionists did not want to explain in English and one of the other receptionists did not understand the instruction on payment of the rental car to be submitted to the other guest who was stayed together with me as requested. It caused a new problem that we have to prepare cash on the way back to the airport to pay it to the driver directly.

Review 2：The Indonesian meals were good. The driver of the rental car was good and nice (Pak Mul).

Review 3：The breakfast place (coffee shop?) was dirty - lot of flies! Service was not quick - I asked them to add more beef for the soto at the buffet and finally after waiting for more than 10 mins: I left. No use to wait.

Review 5：We stayed at this hotel because we were leaving on a tour going out of Mataram. The hotel restaurant was very good for dinner, and an excellent breakfast was included in the room rate. A taxi was available the next morning to take us where we needed to go.

Review 6：- only one thing: some of the rooms are located towards a very busy road, but in the nighttime the traffic is not that bad, so that's not a major problem

Outside are many fresh sources The big bopping problem is strength of wyfi the excuse wS that the hotel had full capacity But with full capacity all services advertised must be provided Wyfi was important to me and the situation was frustration With full capacity a hotel must provide enough food rooms linen staff an all the services advertised such asWyfi I could not keep contact with my university in Indonesia or use utube for prayer in arabic

Review 10：The rooms are not sound-proof. On my first night could hear the families staying next to my room talking & closing the doors loudly at about 11.00 pm. Fortunately they checked-out the next day & I could have a peaceful sleep.
