Review 1：The bedroom doors SLAM really loudly and make your own room door rattle. Goodbye Lie-in!! This could be easily fixed with a better door closing device. The hotel felt quite empty as they deal with group tours mainly, and they didn't seem to be present at the times we were there. Breakfast finishes at 10am on a Sunday, and still closed early, but they reopened for me.

Review 3：No telephone working in the room. Could not order food to room. Rte 1 not working on TV Hair dryer faulty. No iron for clothes. Not the cleanest room or bathroom. Damp and musty feel to room.

Review 13：I was the last person to go for breakfast and the bus people had left. The staff was clearing the tables and setting up for lunch. It was noisy and what was left for breakfast wasn't that great.

Review 14：The place was spotless. There were busloads of people coming and going and the staff was able to keep up with it all. Dinner in the bar was very good. My room was big and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 15：We were waiting outside front door for 10 minutes no answer to bell had to ring hotel to get porter to open door. Cleaning staff congregated outside our room from 8am very loud talking & laughing constant. Worst was at 10.08am we were told we were late for breakfast got some in reception. Attitude of receptionist at desk appalling.

Plentiful and a wide range however some items only look warm, and as with many hotel toaster slow ish and after few slices tends to burn toast there after. Coffee only luke warm. I hope the above will be taken for what it is which is a personal view. I much prefer my food served piping hot, that's just me. Over all my stay here was just what I wanted from it, a warm clean comfortable hotel, the lovely staff were a real added bonus and I will be staying again.

Review 22：I'm a Coach driver no breakfast as had to leave just before 7AM. not even a coffee available got back to hotel ten mins after 10AM and told breakfast was finished and staff had first checked I had paid my bill, We are the people who bring visitors to your Town we should be looked after a little better than that, and you still charged for Breakfast, Look after the Coach Drivers a little better please and you might get a better rating and more visitors to your hotel. . ...........................................................................

Review 24：The location just outside Tralee was very quiet and suitable for our needs as we needed to have a good rest before a busy day. Entertainment in the bar was not obtrusive at all.

Review 25：Surprising how long corridors are in the bedroom areas,.. Staff very accommodating in changing our room to a more central one... Did think the bedroom had a slightly jaded feel, with a stale smell ...carpets and furniture , also didn't think the wall pictures in any way added to the decor . The en-suite while smallish was very functional ..No significant complaints

Review 26：Very impressive entrance ..total decor and furnishings good quality throughout the hotel ..Garden and outside decking areas very well laid out and maintained..shrubberies still showing plenty of colour for late Summer.All staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Breakfast spot on ! Good value for money all round
