Review 1：Some old holiday makers sunbathing by pool area did not like kids playing in the pool one old gent threw the ball away supplied by hotel and another group were telling others to be quiet in the evening .i spoke to sun tours rep about this and asked her to please explain to the groups she brings not to dictate to other holiday makers

Review 3：Staff smoking in front of guests while they are on duty. / A reception that dose not open till nine am when guests are needing to check out before this time. As a three star hotel with so many guests there should be 24 hour cover for reception .The pool bar has only pizza and cheese pastry s day in day out there should be a variation .Also staff waiting to pounce on your plates even before you have finished eating

Review 4：We had room 220 this was the best room in the hotel could not fault it .The food could have been better a bit repetitive .The quality of the drinks on the all inclusive was poor There was no proper local spirits as was advertised only a cheep brand of vodka this needs to be improved upon you can only drink so much beer and wine

Review 24：The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We would recommend this highly and would glady make a return visit for a longer period of time.

Review 25：The nearest beach has big plate rocks in the water, but we traveled 3 minutes by car to a golden beach, so it was really ok also. The fish and sea food was not served every day, just a few days during our stay.

We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.
