Review 1：1. I got the old room (Superior Room showed on the booking.com site is the new renovated room which is unacceptable. They should publish what they sell)2. Old bed (worst I got the bugs bite at my leg) 3. Security door latch is broken even the balcony door can't be lock. 4. The sink is cracked and dirty 5. Flush is loose

Review 32：Worst hotel ever. Stinky, mouldy, terrible staff, no internet, couldnt make important reservations, two blackouts. They remodeled until after 11:00 p.m. The Mosque was directly behind and the calls to prayer were super loud and muffled. The a/c didn't work. It was a huge waste of time and money, I tried to speak with the manager, he was just as smirky as the staff. The only places worst were the Kuala Lampur hell holes.

Review 34：It's quite old hotel, but they were doing a renovation.. hopefully the new part will be better.. the room don't get a freshed air so in the end it was quite smelly.

Review 35：The location is strategic because very near to the center of the town. The environment also ok, but not great. In total it's ok only not great.

Review 36：The bathroom sink is leaking and they do not bother to repair. The laundry charges is not tally as per in the list and the housekeeping staff not helpful to settle the dispute. The front desk seems unprofessional at allocating rooms. 2 rooms given at 1st flr and 1 room at 2nd flr. After a few nego only were given same flr.
