Review 1：Location; accommodations very nice, restaurant was very good, staff excellent. The room window looked out onto a courtyard, very relaxing. A little hard to find with a car since streets are one way. But we got there eventually. We loved Foligno as well.A great place to stay for visits to Spello and Perugia (which can be visited by train or car on short trips)

Review 9：Receptionist didn't speak English. The restaurant in the hotel (which was praised in the reviews and ultimately convinced us to choose the hotel) was closed. Splashing douche (no curtains or glass wall in there). Poor breakfast. The hotel was renovated long time ago, feels old and uncomfortable. Even though double bed was in the description, we had two separate beds put together.

Review 11：the Reataurant. The male waiters thought it was an honour to be served by them and were absolutely not polite. It seems to be an "in " restaurant, and they behave at is an honour to be served at all. and the food was not really good, but expensive

Review 15：Our first night we were disturbed by a noisy guest. Not the hotel's fault of course, but they moved us to another room and we had no more problems- very quiet and restful nights.

Review 16：Very atttractive comfortable little hotel, tastefully decorated and located beside Topino river. The hotel restaurant is amazing. Fantastic food and very good service. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Review 18：The restaurant and staff were superb. A great place to use as a base for exploring Umbria without paying Assissi prices. Foligno will soon be a great place to visit when the council finish their street works.

Review 19：A very intimate, family run hotel. A great little restarurant in the hotel. It was a great value for the money and located away from the usual tourist areas. We rented a car at the nearby train station and drove through the countryside.
