Review 1：Furniture in the rooms was a little old and the fosset in the bathroom was missing a piece, however everything was functional.

Review 2：Location of the hotel is very nice, on the shore of a lake. Staff was very friendly. Check in hours are until midnight, which was ideal for us as we came in late. Breakfast was varied and had also local products.

Review 3：The hotel was very dirty and we had one of the worst experiences. The room and bathroom had large spiders on the ceiling, the sheets and towels were very dirty and all the dishes in the breakfast area were also dirty. The hotel is located near a lake and it seems they have a problem with large spiders but when we complained to the staff to give us a different room, they said they have the same problem in all the hotel and showed us a different room which had the same spiders. I can understand that maybe they can come in but I cannot understand how the staff can just leave them there to share the room with you and not bother to clean it. There were also spider webs all around the room. The staff tried to be helpful but it seems to be a management issue since they seemed to think it is something normal. When we asked for clean towels and sheets, they looked and all they had were in the same condition, dirty. Same disappointment also in the breakfast area were they just had dirty dishes. Very disappointing for a 3 star hotel, which had a nice decorration but was not being kept in a good condition. The staff also didn't speak almost any English, but they could speak German. I would avoid this hotel.

Review 31：We loved the location right on the lake. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the lake which was breathtaking. Everyone at the hotel was really helpful and friendly. Room comfy.

Review 32：The breakfast was very poor standard for the price! Several mornings the bread was dry because previous guests did not cover after taken some. Staff did not pay attention to it. When I mentioned that the bread was dry, we did not even get fresh ones.
