Review 1：There is noise from the street during the night (locatuion right in the center), but we got used to it. There is no air conditioning. If there was one then there would be no problem with the noise with closed windows during the night. Parking is little bit problematic, especially if you arrive on Saturday evening.
Review 2：The location is right in the center, just a few steps from restaurants. The land lord is communicative and hospitable.
Review 3：Dirty and decorated without taste. Decor-empty frames on walls ornightmarish image (rat in chocolate). A lot of dust on the paintings andcurtains. No kettle. Additional parking cost 35 eur per week (at adistance of 2 km from the apartment). Inability to freely unload andload the car. Loudly - during the day and at night. 3 teacups for 7people. A broken washing machine. Stove worked only because we had ourown extension. Collapsing shower.Price of towels and bed linen 15 eurper person ( 105 eur per 7 persons). We were surprised that there is noinformation about level of prices of bed linen in booking com offer. Wereceived that information after booking in e-mail. We decided to buy itin ikea pisa - it was cheaper !

Review 5：The kids were disappointed as the TV does not have any cable package ( we were delighted cause they started reading and playing cards !) the wifi doesn't work properly which meant we had to go out to update our phones etc and could not look up things on the internet ... I think Ugo should remove all the assorted mats as the floor is lovely and the dirty rugs / mats spoil the effect ... The shower is very poor and not clean ... There is a lot of mould on the doors /shower tray ... The tablecloths and throws on the couches did not smell good or seem clean ... Overall I think if Ugo updated the throws on the couches and tables ... ( get two of each , all the same colour and clean each set between visitors... Painted the appartment white ... Throws out the cushions on the couch ... Get rid of the 2005 calendar (!!) , also get rid of at least one of the ladders ... rehang the pictures , take away the mats and rugs except the grass ones .. Clean the shower very very well and put up some proper hooks on the backs of the doors then the apartment would present so much better than it does at present ... It seems a bit dingy and studenty !!
Review 6：The location was absolutely fabulous .... Ugo ,( the owner / manager ) was v nice and met us at the apartment ... I had a problem with trying to work the gas cooker and Ugo responded to my email v quickly ... The apartment has 2 good bedrooms , one is absolutely huge , the sitting / dining room is a very good size too ... We are a family of 6 (4children) and we had lots of room ... There is no outside space but that is of no concern as the piazza is literally steps away ... We really liked staying there ... My kids were all very happy and so were we ... Thankyou Ugo .
