Review 1：Security with consent of GM actually promoting prostitution in hotel. I stayed in hotel more then 20 nights over past 6 months and every time you come in after about 8 security will try to sell you a girl for sex. I contacted GM about it and he was saying that I should put things in writing and not bother him.

Review 2：New rooms, pool and location

Review 3：The bus loads of tour groups which descended on the pool making it completely unbearable with their lack of etiquette. We booked this hotel with the thoughts of spending the day in the pool... we didn't even attempt to get in. Our door access panel broke, but it took 3 times of us walking all the way back to reception before a staff member took our recommendation to actually accompany us back to the room. Sat outside our room whilst maintenance tore the door apart to repair it. NO WIFI in the room, despite it being advertised???! The breakfast was limited to Chinese food only. It felt like a canteen.

Review 4：Honestly, I wasn't a fan of this hotel and I always like to find something positive but it's really hard in this case.

Review 5：However, it was difficult to get any information as very few staff (even reception) spoke much English. Breakfast was almost entirely Indonesian and generally this hotel does not catwr well for Western customers.
