Review 11：The hotel staff were confused about their own policies re: pricing. I booked through booking.com at the rate of 30 euro. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that this price had been a mistake, and that the stay would be twice that amount (i.e. 30 euro per person, not 30 euro total). We agreed to the 60 euro rate. The next morning, we were initially charged in Hungarian forint a rate that equalled about 80 euro. After debate and much consternation, a second staff member honoured the initial booking.com price. The whole incident left bad impression of the hotel, despite the fact that the accommodation itself was fine.
