Review 1：Staff not polite and absolutely not customer oriented.Deceptive photos and descriptions of the rooms.We took a "comfort apartment", even if in the pictures it looks like there is everything actually there is nothing.Only at the end of the description next to the pictures it says that towels and sheets are available for extra fee, but a part of that the apartment is missing also toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Moreover we had also problems with ants getting into the room from day 2.The structure has a nice restaurant but it cannot be used by the people who stays in the comfort apartment if they don't make a subscription to the restaurant.When we arrived to the swimming pool they told us it can be used only if we have a swimming cap, and if we don't, we need to buy it for an extra fee.Moreover we were obliged to pay 50 euro for room cleaning but nobody actually cleaned the room during our stay, this money is used to clean the apartment only when you leave.We went to complain to the reception but they just shouted at us saying that it's not their problem. All this doesn't look to me like a 4 star hotel residence should look like.Another interesting thing about this place is that the name outside the structure is Giardini di Nausicaa and not Hotel residence Solemare.Staff maleducato e assolutamente non rispettoso dei clienti.Le foto non rispecchiano la vera condizione delle stanze.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento comfort e anche se dalle foto sembra siano forniti di tutto in realtà non c'è nulla.Sollo alla fine della descrizione a fianco delle foto è specificato per avere asciugamanti e lenzuola bisogna pagare un extra, ma oltre a questo nell'appartamento non c'è nè cartaigienica nè shampoo e bagnoschiuma.Inoltre noi abbiamo avuto anche problemi con le formiche da secondo giorno di soggiorno.

Review 3：We booked a 2 bedroom apartment through booking.com. On arrival we realised that the apartment came with furniture only - we had to pay for sheets, towels, cups plates glasses knives forks everything - the apartment literally had nothing in it. This is obviously how it's done there but this should have been conveyed through booking.com. The apartment was old but clean. We stayed 2 nights at a total cost of euro380 so we would have expected a bit more value for money.

Review 4：This hotel is in a lovely part of Italy, the pool is great size and very clean, beach front lovely and the buffet dinner in restaurant is good value and nice atmosphere. Relaxing and very quiet at night. All the staff are great and the cafe is good.
