Review 1：Lacking food options at breakfast. The disabled facilitates, not suitable for non-able bodied and confined to wheelchair.

Review 2：Rooms accommodated a family of 5. Pool a great addition.

Review 3：Wifi did not work at all, the toilet paper wasn't replaced properly in our room, we were just given a huge drum roll. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pool didn't have chlorine in it. The breakfast was also very lacklustre.

Review 5：Staff were a bit surly when asked simple questions.The room had an overpowering smell of air freshener which was impossible to get rid of. The breakfast was disappointing. Cleaning floors with a wet mop could surely wait until customers finish breakfast or leave the hotel. We were up early and ready to leave by 10 o'clock.

Review 6：The hotel is in a good position to visit the older part of town and is a good poit to begin the drive to the Gargano Peninsula.

Review 7：One of the bedroom did not have A/c and they did not offer to move our friends to a new room., and we think that the hotel was not all booked. They gave our friend a measly discount of 16 € for a sleepless night.

Review 26：The staff was severely inadequate! None of them was friendly. They all appeared to be very bored and were just hanging and sitting there, only telling us the absolute minimum, without any enthusiasm. The breakfast was highly disappointing. The restaurant was far from cozy. It was a rather dark room that really needed to be cleaned. There was one girl working in the restaurant at the moment we had breakfast. As all her colleagues, she was lazy and cranky. The food itself was rather OK, but definitively not as good as you should expect in a 4-star hotel. Lucera was definitively worth a visit, but it was a mistake staying in this hotel.

Review 27：This hotel is located in between the train station and the historical city center of Lucera, which were both at walking distance of the hotel. Since we came by train, the location of the hotel was good. The room was nice (although with a very classic, old-fashioned look) and clean. There was fresh fruit in the room upon arrival, which was nice but could not compensate for all the downsides of our stay..

Review 32：We could not sleep till very late, the few guests in the restaurant talked and laughed at the top f their voices. Breakfast was not very appetizing. The hotel was nearly empty (low season) and looked a bit desolate. I would not go back, not would I recommend it.

Review 36：Well what a surprise this little gem was! The hotel was just outside the walls of an amazing city - beautiful! So still and quiet in the day then it really comes to life in the evenings - full of people of all generations - well worth a visit.

Review 37：The mattresses were not very comfortable and not all the rooms hadsatellite tv, forcing my aunt to watch italian language tv, but it was aminor inconvenience. The hotel is not marked very well so we missed it afew times before finding it.

Review 39：The room had a very fancy shower cabinet with potentialy jets from every direction including foot massage and a radio, however the problem was only the standard hand held spray worked. The breakfast room was not easy to find being at the far end of the basement. The range of food offered was excellent with good cornetti and the perfect coffee, but the cake with mould on it was not so good. Fair enough it was changed quickly and many apologies followed but better supervision of food storage in high temperatures might be needed.

Review 40：Its location next to the old town walls was brilliant. We arrived on a Monday and so lots in the town was closed, but it did not spoil our enjoyment and we found later in the day an excellent wine bar and restaurant. The hotel rooms were very well kitted out, well presented and clean. Lots of dark wood and heavy furniture. The complimentary iced water and fresh cut fruit was an excellent touch and much appreciated after a 5 hour drive from Umbria. The hotel gardens are wonderfully OTT with fountains, waterfalls and tropical plants. A really nice touch. The bed was very firm, in fact a bit to firm for me but overall the room really was excellent value for the price paid.

Review 41：I did not enjoy food at the restaurant. My fish fillet was almost raw and disappointing. Staff was corteous and the place was pleasant, however, it seemed to me that the restaurant was not to the same standard as the hotel. Eating there is ok if you are in a rush and need something to eat without leaving the hotel, but do not expect too much.

Review 42：A very pleasant staying. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a free pick up service from and to the train station. Room is clean, comfortable, spacious, very nice, and with air conditioning, which is great considering how hot it gets durring a typical summer day. I particularly enjoyed the complementary welcoming gift with cool water and fresh fruit. Brilliant! All in all, excellent value for money. I would recommend it.

Review 43：We didn't appreciate being woken up at all hours of the night and early morning, As the hotel was built without soundproofing. The noise just kept us awake.... We had to leave after 2 nights, If you want to chill this is not the place.

A business class hotel, well appointed room with fresh fruit and iced water on arrival which was a welcoming treat on a seriously hot day. A decent restaurant and pizzeria in the basement made up for the complete absence of eateries in the town itself.

Review 46：We found nothing not to like. For us it was a little tricky to find at night, and a bit of a challenge to drive to the old castle/fortress the next day. We would've enjoyed another day there.

Review 47：Affordably-priced, yet a gem with a touch of luxury. We found a delicious fruit platter wating for us in our room, along with a personalized welcome. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom spacious, with a cool, multi-function shower (that mostly worked). Bed was comfy, and the air-conditioning worked very well! The restaurant was a good deal (by Italy standards): good food, including a generously portioned pizza. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is a short walk to inside the historic old city, and the beautiful cathedral. The outside gardens are also very nice--a good place for a wedding reception. Highly recommended!
