The hotel is in Foligno, in close proximity of the Foligno Nord exit of the S.S. 75 highway and is closely linked to the most important Umbrian towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto, and Montefalco.

Review 1：Used to have fresh fruits for breakfast, however in the breakfast i found them really in a very limited amount, this is understandable since we have been in low season. but would prefer an option without breakfast and rather spend this money on room upgrade..

Review 9：The polite and competent staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The superb room that was allocated to us, of good size, fabulous large terrace with fantastic views Choice of menu. The grounds of the hotel - provides a wonderful stroll.
Review 10：It was hard to know how to get to town and back without a GPS. Our GPS took us on a very windy route maybe there were one way streets but we didn't feel inclined to go into town to eat without a specific address.
