Review 3：Perfect location for exploring Umbria. The town of Foligno is a friendly and very safe town in a great location to go out to the rest of Umbria such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, etc. The Hotel Italia is within walking distance from the train and buses. With luggage it took us less than ten minutes. The hotel is right next to the main square where the Palace and Duomo are. Foligno has many wonderful restaurants and the Hotel Italia has its own restaurant next door, which is just fantastic. The hotel staff is outstanding making you feel like family. They are always ready to help with whatever you need. We wanted to go to Deruta, famous for Italian ceramics, and the provided detailed, easy to follow guide on how to get there. There rooms have plenty of space, are kept clean, and they have a great breakfast included. This was are second time staying there and hope to take are children and grandchildren there in the near future.
Review 4：Noise in late evening (every day, not only weekends) from the lane at which our room looked (this lane, quite in the daytime, transformed into a row of open-air bars in the evening), with poor soundproofing of window; insufficient choice of food at breakfasts

Review 6：The first couple of days breakfast was confusing, They had two areas set up with rules on which tables I could take things from and which items I could take. There was still plenty to eat but every time I was about to take the wrong thing they were quickly on top of me trying to tell I did something wrong. I think they may have caught on because after two days there was only one area and the rules were gone.
Review 7：Perfectly located in Umbria making it an ideal spot from which to venture out to visit other cities in Umbria and Eastern Tuscany. Unlike most of the cities in Umbria Hotel Italia is in Foligno which is flat, so after a day of walking up and down hills in Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, or Spoleto you come back to Foligno where walking is much easier. The Hotel Staff for the most part were great. Price was a bargain and included a good breakfast. The town is not touristy but a family area and very safe. Plenty of good restaurants and pizzerias, there is a grocery stores and anything else you would need. The train station is very close, took a little over 5 minutes to walk with luggage. As mentioned it was easy to get on a train and be at cities that are more of a tourist destination. I plan to stay there again.
