Review 1：The air conditioning in our room was not really adequate.

Review 2：Everything else was very good. The grounds are beautiful and the whole place clean. The food and restaurant staff were excellent.

Review 3：Interntet did not work out so well. On a two-week vaccation so worked maybe the internet two days together. They were aware of the problem. The other years we have been there it has worked well.

Review 6：The location, the gardens are outstanding, lovely beach. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was spacious. We enjoyed the possibility of the electric cars if we were not fit for the walk up to the apartments. Very nice swimming pool and great theme nights at the restaurant. Great staff, thanks to all of you for your smiles and kindness, we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 17：The room was very basic and a little dark. The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly. The area is boring if you like to try local food and bars.

Review 18：The room was close to the beach and restaurant. The gardens were beautifully maintained with pleasant paths to walk. The resort is ideal with families with young children.

Review 20：Loved everything except the bathroom shower drain! Beach, pool and facilities were all beautiful. On-site diving site. Good spa services, including facial, massage and semi-permanent mani. Fantastic restaurant/pizzeria. I would definitely request a room but the beach/pool as opposed to on top of the hill, but it depends what you prefer. We got a room for 6 people and we were 4--it was very comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Review 25：Beware if you are a family with young children! This hotel markets itself as an upmarket - 5 star - family resort. Unfortunately they also appear to allow large groups of itallian teenagers. We were unfortunate enough to be put in a room next to a group who had other friends in another appart;ment. Consequently every evening we were subjected to extreemely loud noise from around 10 teenagers, and rudeness if we asked them to keep the noise down. This made it difficult to get our 5 year old to sleep at night and meant that there was no possibility of us eating in our appartment or sitting out in the evening. In a hotel of this standard I would not have expected this and would have expected more assistance in dealing with this problem. Unfortunatly this ruined the second half of our holiday and I would not wish other travellers to experience the same.

Review 28：In our 1 bedroom apartment toilet seat was right next to shower, so it is tricky to use toilet after shower as floor is wet and not drying so fast. Did not notice whirlpool mentioned in description… Otherwise nice.
