Review 1：We always spend our summer vacation in Italy, and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in for the past eight years there. It is small but comfortable, rooms are very clean and well furnished with surprisingly good Wi-Fi connection; and staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Breakfast never fails to surprise with the variety of small sandwiches and pastry.

Review 6：During our stay in the hotel, we were accommodated in the superior room. The room was spacious, modern furnished and clean as well as bathroom. The breakfast was great, much better than our previous experience in Italy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is quiet, not far away from the beach.

Review 11：We stayed here for 6 nights as our daughters were fighting in theKickboxing finals just up the road. The staff were brilliant , sohelpful and friendly. There wasn't too much going on in the localarea as its out of season but we were there to watch our daughters. Pisawas about a 30 minute drive and Lucca about 40 minutes both worth a daytrip out. The added benefit of the spa was a nice addition . Would 100 %stay again.

Review 13：Staff were excellent, helpful, and catered to every whim. Very large rooms, and huge balonies! Wifi is perfect. A great place to take a day visits, to the Cinque Terre, and the Cararra Marble Mountains, and close to other places like Pisa and Lucca. The staff are very helpful with directions, and ferry timetables. The beach is across the road, along with some great restaurants!

Review 32：We had an incident during booking when the hotel cancelled our booking due to mismatch in the name on the credit card. This was due to the fact I have a Slavic letter in my surname that is unrecognizable by some IT systems. However the hotel manager did not call me to solve the problem but just cancelled the reservation. When I called the front desk I heard that this is their hotel and they can do whatever they want. Yes, but I am a client for god’s sake!!! No “I am sorry” nothing. Very bad experience.

Review 34：... the fact that I had to pay the first night of my stay even if I didn't use it because my flight was postponed for the next day (and I've called informing and been told that everything was ok). Although according to conditions of reservation, it's not a pleasant thing to do to a customer.

Review 38：Family owned, family run business. They sure care about their clients. Son gave excellent advice how to spend time not dedicated to business. Room with great surface, properly decorated, nice balcony, view towards the sea (not really visible).

Review 39：The facilities are brand new and rooms are fully furnished, clean and well-decorated. The staff was very helpful, regularly checking if everything's OK and if there's anything they can do to make us feel better. This hotel gets 5 stars.

Review 40：The Hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious with a big modern bathroom and a little kitchen with a fridge. The bed had very good mattresses also for bigger guys like me. The "smaller" balcony had space for a cloth drying rack a table two chairs and more. Better than the hotel where only the employees which beside of speaking several languages were very friendly, always asking if we need something and if everything is ok. The breakfast had a good variety of sausage, cheese, cerials, fruits, sweets and more but the best was the fresh coffee from a good coffee machine.

Review 41：The staff has good English. There is a pizzeria across the street for lunch, nice restaurant along the beach for dinner and a fruit shop around the corner. We had to leave at 430 in the morning and the staff took extra care to leave our breakfast in our room the night before. one of the best service I have ever had from a hotel in Europe.

Review 43：The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on our honeymoon. The spa was a lovely bonus to the hotel and I would recommend staying there for both business or pleasure.
