Review 1：First of accommodation which has a rating of 8.4 must not have ants are walking along courts, a double bed is actually a bed for one, stairs very strme.Sve in all, as I said nothing special.

Review 3：Transportation is an issue. All buses have to go through Fira. The buses are expensive compared to other cities/countries in Europe. The conductors on the bus are smart-mouthed and rude. I walked a lot. Cars and ATVs are available for rent.

Review 4：I really liked the location. It was not in the middle of activity, but very close to the black beaches. It would not be suitable for people who like to be in the middle of things. Manolis was wonderful and kept asking what else he could do to make my stay enjoyable.

Review 5：The location is optimal if you have a rental car, close to the beach (5 minutes by car), cities (20 minutes from Fira by car) and supermarket (2 minutes by car) and 24 hour bakery (beside the supermarket). Very friendly personnel!

Review 7：We really enjoyed our stay in Marina studios, Manolis was very helpful. We found the location very convenient, it's close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. There are loads of buses to bring you to Fira if you want to spend some time there. The studio we stayed in was large, fully equipped and very clean. We'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Review 9：Manolis is friendly and very kind person He arranges your trip, books your car and advices interesting places nearby. The room was clean, new towels and bedding every third day, wi-fi connection is fast and stable, restaurants, supermarkets and beach 5-10 mins walking, private parking, nice garden, the bus stop at the corner.

Review 10：Manolis was very gendle and kind. The room very clean spacious and clean with all the advertised facilities. The room is also just next to the bus stop which was very convinient. I totally recommend it

Review 11：the room got everthing you might need including the fabulous two lovely balconies. We really love the upper bed on the uppe floor, which is very cool during the summer time with cool wind and a sky of stars. The property's location is a little bit far from the cith center but there is a bus stop just opposite to it. And also, it is near to the Perrisa beach, which is really nice and worth visiting.

Review 12：The apartment is very far from FIRA and OIA. Getting around the island is difficult if you dont hire a car/ATV/Scooter The free pick up and drop option available at the time of booking was no longer valid and we had to pay for the taxi .

Review 15：The host Manolis was so kind and helpful. During the booking I had some requests and all the communication with him was simple, fast and effective. He arranged us transfers from and to the airport. The rooms were simple and clean. Cleaning was done every second day. The location was approx 15 min walk from beach & 5 min walk from supermarket and bars. In the garden was a little sitting corner - nice to have some chat & wine at the evenings ;) Definitely an excellent experience and would suggest with no doubt!

Review 16：Quite expensive for out in Perissa, there is absolutely no signage out the front advertising where the rooms are and there is no reception desk which makes it hard to contact the owner with questions. I also had to pay €15 for a ride to the airport which was a bit unfair as I had had free transfers to and from Perissa twice before at two different hotels.

Review 30：Everything! Location is good as Marina Studio is on the main road to Fira, studio is comfortable and very clean and house owner Marcos is very kind and willing to help with whatever we needed!

Review 31：It would have been perfect if some basic foodstuff (oil, salt, pepper, sugar) was supplied. Without a vehicle the access to supermarket or the beach is hard.

Review 32：The location is nice because it was quiet. The owner was very friendly, he picked us up at the bus stop, and made sure we didn´t lack anything. The studio is simply furnished for 2 persons. The best way to explore and enjoy freely the island was to rent a scooter (20€ per day) at the agency next to the Marinas´studios. At the end this studio helped to make our trip unforgetable.

Review 33：The room was tiny. The toilets did not work properly. The manager gave us blankets the first night and took them away the second. It says on the website there was a shuttle to the port and airport. The owner only drove us one to his place and did not take us back when we were leaving.

Review 34：I liked that it was located close to a market and bakery as well as several affordable restaurants. The owner was very friendly at first making sure we were taken care of.
